  We did business with Gwinyal few months ago to change the roof of our house and we suppose that the work he did was well done. However, we are very disapointed because he left without finishing to install the fascia. He was suppose to come back to do it and change the roof of our garage too and he didn't showed up. We tried to reach him many times but he didn't answer the phone anymore. Then we recommand not to do business with him.

  I truly apologize for failing to clearly communicate with you as I strive to always do! As per my last conversation with your husband weeks ago, we had discussed the likelihood of doing your garage in the spring as I had encountered unexpected problems on a job which resulted in having to essentially reframe an entire roof (trusses and bracing) from inside the attic. As a one man operation, I’m sure you can imagine how time consuming this could be, but again, I discussed with Robert that I would likely do your garage in the spring along with installing the fascia at the same time. I had also mentioned that in unlikely event that I would be able to do it before then, I would give him a call. As a one man crew, I do my utmost best to prioritize jobs in dire need/ desperate situations often leading to a dynamic schedule. The dynamic nature of this schedule is something I always let my customers know ahead of time as I even did with you to fit your roof replacement into an already tight schedule. Thank you for mentioning that you suppose the work performed on your roof was well done…I truly appreciate this as I strive for excellence in ALL my projects. I want to apologize for my failure to communicate and/or return calls to reassure you that you were not forgotten, but as the season in winding down, spring time is my earliest availability to return to do your other projects as I am prioritizing other customers in more desperate situations at this moment. I hope you still have faith in my workmanship and previous levels of communication to reconsider your opinion and warning to other people to not do business with me. If not, you are obviously entitled to express your thoughts and feelings. Doing the best I can here as a one man show and apologize for letting you down…although I though we already had an understanding!

  Gwinyai was a wonderful hard working fellow. He communicated with me daily as needed to keep me abreast of timing delays due to shingles being or not being delivered. His work ethic is amazing as he keeps the job site stellar at all times. He’s a solo act which takes a bit longer but it’s worth the end result in both quality of workmanship and his pricing.   It was truly a pleasure working with Gwinyai. He was easy to work with, reliable, professional and very hardworking! Our project ended up being a lot more involved than originally was expected and he and his team stuck it through, completing the project with accuracy and diligence.   Needed my roof done on my garage. G (as he likes to be called) was very quick to respond, come and see the job and provide a quote. He was very reasonably priced. The job took a little bit longer but it was done well. He is a great guy and I would recommend him for all your roofing needs. I would definitely call him again should I need something done.

  Highly recommend Gwinyai for your roofing needs. He was professional, punctual, great attention to detail, and he is very reasonably priced for the excellent level of service he provided. I would definitely use him again for any roofing need.
