Completely satisfied with the work and professionalism. The job required knowledge of roof ventilation and shingle installation to resolve the water leak in the attic. I recommend Ryan for all roofing work.

Merci Michel. I’m glad I could help. Thank you very much for the work, and let’s talk about those other properties in the springtime! I’ll be in the East Coast over a portion of the winter visiting family, and putting shingles on a government housing building as things slow down too much here over winter. See you in the spring!

I would highly recommend Ryan for your roofing needs. He was extremely professional, reasonably priced, quick to respond, and reliable. He did exactly what he said he would do and communicated well. He was respectful and extremely meticulous about clean up. This was important to us as we have dogs and kids. He left the place better than when he came! We needed one more bundle for our cottage roof. He left and came back when he said he would to finish the job on time. He worked hard with his team and did an excellent job matching our shingles on our island cottage. My father in law was a roofer for 40 years and said he did a better job than even he could have done. Thanks so much Ryan!

Thanks for the heartwarming review Terry, I aim to have a 100% rating in every aspect, of every project that I perform. Quality, service, and ethics are easy after 21 years in the industry, (11 years in business), my biggest challenge is speed, (not individually as I have a reputation for outdoing most roofers), but as a crew, I know my numbers need to grow, pray I get enough work based on my ethics, and quality, to grow my numbers, in order to be able to push out larger projects, in the I’ll-fated one day deadline, like I used to before I relocated. It’s only the beginning for Rugged Roofing, in North Bay after all.

Ryan at Rugged Roofing had worked with us on many projects over a two year period, prior to him moving north and starting on his own. His workmanship and attention to detail is top notch! We've had nothing but positive feedback from all of …

I’m almost in tears reading this Bill, it’s very risky to ask another contractor for a review, fearing they may, see me as a competitor. Hands down, one of the best teams I’ve ever done work for! Thank you so much for your kind words! Whatever you guys are doing over there, I’ve never worked for someone who had so many amazing clients, who always treated me and my men with respect, and kindness, LITERALLY every single one! Truly amazing! However you guys run your sales program, should be an example to all other contractors, as a standard. Thank you again for the review, and ALSO everything, during our time working together! 🙏

Rugged Roofing is an amazing company. They took care of my carport and semidetached duplex. What really impressed me was the impeccable cleanliness of their work. While I was away at Wark, they managed to install new shingles on the duplex. …

Thanks for the review Andrez! 🙏 It’s been quite a few years, it’s been difficult tracking down clientele, as most of my work over the last 11 years was as a sub-contractor, so….. other contractors clients mostly, with only a few here and there of my own. This year, I’m committed to only serving clients directly. Thank you for being a part of my 21 year long journey of growth! ☺️

Ryan is an extremely friendly individual who is professional. He will make customers feel really good because he truly takes the time to care about each client (and caring for them comes naturally to him). You can tell he cares a lot about what he does and that he puts in his best work time and time again. The work that he does will go above and beyond! Call for a free quote any time!
