  I had Quinn quote my job -- the installation (labour only) of VicWest metal on small home. The estimate was just under $40k, more than 6x their competitors. The company's response says it all. They attempt to gouge customers and then fail to take accountability.

  Hi Jamie, I notice that your roof still hasn't been completed Our price last year took into account the complexities of the job, a 2-story business with a steep (12/12 pitch) roof requiring scaffolding on a busy street with multiple roof faces, paying a good wage to experienced installers to rip the existing shingles, install premium high temperature ice and water, strap and shim the roof to level it, and install standing seam steel panels Regards, Nate

  My neighbor is getting his roof done. This morning at 6:15 am I was woken by one guy dropping the shingle bundles on the tail gate of the trailer. When I said something about waking me up the guy said we have a job to do. I mentioned the by-law was 7 am. That didn't matter. They still continued dropping the shingle bundles on the tail gate. I then came out and there are shingle on the upper part of my driveway. I took a picture and said if I get a flat tire you are going to have to pay for it. He said we will pass a magnet over it after. Then he thought I walked away and said to one of the other workers if she drives her vehicle up there when we are doing this it's her fault if she gets a flat tire. So very unprofessional. . Not doing a job for me but the intrusion in my surroundings is unprofessional. I am a front line worker. I work long hours I do not expect to be woken up at 6:15 am angry. loud banging. He did assure me he will be back again tomorrow morning at 6:30 am to do it again. So unprofessional. Also told me if I didn't like working long hours maybe I should change my job. That just made me more angry.

  told me to send pictures and measurements and said $50 to get a quote dont think so

  Hi John, We offer free on site quotes within 30 minutes of North Bay. You live 1hr from North Bay, for jobs that are further away we charge more to cover travel time and fuel costs. This results in our price often being higher than local contractors. So we have started to charge for quotes that are further than 45 minutes from our office, to reduce the amount of time we spend on estimates that won't be accepted. Cheers, Nate

  We had Quinn exteriors remove our chimney and patch up the roof. They were excellent, fast, clean quiet and professional. They were super fast and when they left I wouldn’t have known they were there. The shingles replaces are seamless. Very happy with the work they did. Will use again for any exterior related. Thanks

  Great service, after huge rain storm we had a leak in our roof! The crew came and patched it up, professional and pleasant! Would definitely recommend for any roofing work.

  From the first contact, Quinn Exteriors were professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and review their products so I was able to make the best decisions for the project. The crew on site were courteous and efficient getting the job done in one day. The job site was left very clean with no nails or other debris. There was great follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.

  Quinn Exteriors replaced my roof on my house and shed after a tree fell on the house. I'm glad my insurance company picked them. I used them in the past for other house projects. Completed the house roof and shed roof in a day and were always in constant communication with me. Cleaned up very well after. A+ work. Will recommend to others.

  Highly recommend Quinn Exteriors! From the initial quote right through to finalizing the shingle selection details, the entire process was professional and seamless. They were punctual and cleaned up well throughout the project. Our project was a difficult one due to years of neglect and the complexity of a mansard roof, but the team handled it with skill and attention to detail. Communication was great throughout, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior work.

  Incredible craftsmanship and they stand by their work. They took on a really complicated install of a steel roof on a log home. And it looks and stands out. Not only do they do incredible work. They make sure if anything is a problem that it is dealt with and come back to adjust elements. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
