We hired Sherman Roofing after receiving great reviews on a local FB group, Yelp and other research. Kyle responded in a timely manner and provided a reasonable quote. You know you've been in your house a long, long, time when you have to replace a roof for a second time! There wasn't an immediate need to replace the roof, the last one was 30+yrs ago, but we couldn't get new homeowners insurance quoted with such an old roof. It was time! Kyle arrived with a hard working crew of six the first day and worked their butts off for just over two days. They worked quickly and efficiently addressing a wide variety of issues, including dry rot and a 420 sqft flat roof. I was totally amazed this job was completed so quickly. They were professional, friendly and the workmanship was excellent. They were accomodating with my questions and requests. After the first day of work and demo, I saw the extent of the dry rot and issues. Kyle had been up front before work began that there might likely be underlying dry rot and addional repairs and materials. Knowing this and seeing all the work and repairs that were being done (keep in mind there were 6 workers on site for 2+ days...) I was afraid the final cost would be a shocker. Kyle and Sherman Roofing were very flexible, accomodating and upfront about costs. Our final cost was maybe 5% over the original estimate. Given the quality of work, timeliness and attention to the customer, we felt the original and final costs were more than reasonable. Replacing a roof is not something a homeowner does all the time... but if you need a new roof.... we highly recommend Sherman Roofing. We are completely happy with our new roof! Thank you Tom, Kyle and your hard working crew! Much appreciated!

After years of sporadic (temporarily-patched) leaks and a garage roof that pooled water, I knew it was finally time to replace my 35+ year old roof. I started my search by getting estimates from a half-dozen roofing companies, all of which …
