  I cannot recommend this company. I needed my roof sealed, and in their favor they recommended for replacement. However, they said they had experience with colored roof coating, which I wanted. They charged me 8k and the nightmare started. They first used the wrong color. I had to argue only to settle for a lighter grey than I wanted. They said they would take two days so it wouldn't drip. They did it one day and my roof was covered in drips, my expensive stonework, and gutter covers were also covered in thick grey silicone. At one point a worker spit out their gum and left it on my roof. They kept coming back to try and scrape the goop, the gutters, etc. They never got it all. What is worse is that they left multiple open holes in the main beam of my roof where they tied off their ropes. I had to seal them myself. Every shingle shingle repair bled yellow colored through their coating and they said that is normal and I had to deal with it (see pictures). I kept trying to get some of the silicone roof coating and 3 weeks after the job was finished they dropped off the wrong stuff. After I asked for the right material they never replied. I went to a reputable Bay Area waterproofing and spent another $400 getting the correct material they used. They told me that that the silicone Rooflow used was never meant for my type roof and no company reputable roofing company would use it on a sloped roof. Now I know why. At least applying another coat myself I covered the yellow shingles and black repairs. They offered to return a tiny portion of my 8k , as if a 15% return could get rid of weeks of anxiety and stress and buy a better review. When you need a new roof or repair you really have to trust someone I am writing this honest review because I recommend you vet several roofers (i didn't) before picking someone excellent, they are not.

I also appreciate the conversation we had when I personally reached out to try resolving the concerns you mentioned, including offering a partial refund, which you declined. Regarding the payment, Rooflow never collects $7,000 upfront. In accordance with California state law, the maximum allowed deposit for residential work is 10% or $1,000, whichever is lower. That is exactly what was collected for your project. Throughout the project we returned to your home four separate times to address every correction you requested, including touch-ups, material adjustments, and follow-up inspections. Each visit was completed promptly and documented, and at no point were we informed of additional issues after our final correction visit. All work performed, including the coating type and color, was discussed onsite and carried out with your approval color may vary on roof according to reflection at the time which can make colors look brighter on big surface with sun reflection . The temporary OSHA-required tie-off points were sealed at completion. If anything needed extra sealing, we would have gladly returned again had we been contacted. We genuinely care about delivering quality work and customer satisfaction. Even now, we are willing to review anything that still concerns you. Please reach out so we can resolve this properly.   The experience of replacing the roof was excellent. Communication was smooth from the initial consultation to the final completion; any questions were answered promptly, making the process completely hassle-free. Both the workers and the company staff were professional, patient, and provided great service. The entire process gave me great peace of mind, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

  I had my garage roof and an adjacent outbuilding roof replaced at the same time. Two roofs, two different materials. Elmir, the salesperson, was very personable and explained all the details to me including each product, how they install it and the warranties. He wrote it up, I signed the contract and they got started within a couple of days. The crew was excellent and finished the project in one, very full day. The installation crew was terrific and did a good job of replacing the fascia boards around the garage roof as well as painting them to match. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the work. They even sent yet another gentleman, Walter to walk me through the job. They get high marks for keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Oh, and the price was very competitive, thanks Rooflow!

  Rooflow is a remarkable, customer-focused company! Rooflow replaced the flat roof on our house adjacent to the Pacific with wet and windy weather. Our project manager Tamir is the BEST, with high technical expertise, excellent communication and dedication to provide a well-executed completion. The actual roof work took less than 4 days and the work began immediately 1 week after our initial discussion with Tamir. Rooflow performed 2 roof remediations without additional charge; adding a pitch to provide drainage and removal of the heavy remnants of a rooftop greenhouse atop our high 2-story building. Rooflow has several merits which stand out imho. From their materials, it is licensed both for Roofing and General Building. My research says this means “they have met the state's highest dual-qualification standards for both structural building and specialty roofing. When a roofing company goes through the extra expense and testing to maintain both classifications, it provides several distinct advantages for a project: • Legal Versatility: they can legally repair or rebuild the structural framing before putting the new roof on top if there was rotted wood from leaks. • No Subcontractor Delays: If the roof replacement requires adjacent general contracting work (like moving a structural wall, modifying an overhang, or installing advanced skylights that require structural framing adjustments), Rooflow will execute the work in-house without outside general contractors.” Rooflow is GAF Certified Plus and also this company has a robust supply chain of quality materials, e.g. from Owens Corning as a Preferred Contractor. It has its own experienced crew. All of these points could be ‘bragging rights’ but Rooflow and Tamir are not ones to boast. Their impeccable work speaks. My husband and I confidently recommend Rooflow for inspections, repairs as well as replacements. We were indeed fortunate that Tamir was our project manager. You will have a dedicated project
