  I chose this site to order black aluminum angle bent to custom dimensions. The press brake stretches the aluminum causing the paint/powder coat to show bare aluminum at the bend. That part is understandable and I’m not upset with that, just so others are aware. The customer service and turn around time is terrible. I ordered 3 pieces 6ft or less in length. I gave it two weeks waiting for a tracking number. After not getting one, I emailed customer service. Steven initially responded right away and said my parts in production and they’d be shipped later that week. Another 10 days went by and nothing. I tried reaching out and he wouldn’t respond to emails or calls. He did eventually respond on the online chat saying he would get back to me the next day. He never did. I ordered on April 2nd and the parts finally showed up after 24 days. Without the constant reaching out, I fear my parts never would have been completed. I’ll order elsewhere in the future

  I do apologize for any issues you had with you orders, larger order can take a little while longer to ship out especially ones that are going via a freight carrier. As far as shipping address, I see in both instances your order was shipped to the listed shipping address supplied by you on you order, if you have a specific place you would like your order shipped the place to put that would be in the shipping information field when placing the order. We defiantly don't want to loose your business, if you ever consider us again in the future please contact me directly so we can provide bulk discounts also so i can oversee your order from start to finish.

  Finally a place that actually puts customer service first. I ordered a piece, realized it wasn't quite right so I had to add an inch and take away an inch and widen the piece a little......twice. They made all changes, never complained, didn't charge me the $5 extra it would have been and then........when the order didn't go out and there way a hold up, they overnighted it to me. Nothing left to say except WOW! Customer service still exists.

  Every piece needed to be a different size. Steven did a great job of verifying every cut and even had some suggestion for a better way of doing it. Nice Job, will use again
