  My roof sustained significant damage from Hurricane Beryl. Jonathan Bradford, who introduced himself as the owner, knocked on my door like many others before him. He started asking questions, similar to the dozen others who had come earlier. He mentioned that he provided free estimates and claimed no one could beat his prices. He also offered to help with my insurance claim. I informed him that I had already filed a claim with my insurance company and that they would be arriving on Monday between 8-9:30 a.m. Jonathan offered to meet the adjuster on the roof to help point out any issues they might miss. Markup deficient areas on the roof. He said this was a free service to earn my business and that he wouldn't pressure me into signing a contract. I agreed, and he noted the appointment in his phone. Jonathan showed up at 7:45 a.m. (bonus points for punctuality) and rang the doorbell, stating he would notify me when the adjuster arrived. Before walking off he asked me who tarped the roof, I said the insurance company I told you they were sending some one out. I come back outside to take out some trash, he began pushing for more business, mentioning that my neighbors also had damage. I told him to go knock on there door but many of them use a contractor who lives in the neighborhood. He then asked why I wasn't using them. I stated that I had just met them and hadn't hired anyone yet. Jonathan then replies, " then why am I here, I don't work for free, you understand." I replied, "No, I don't, but its cool." I was totally taking back by the response. Initially, he was in first place for the business, but now I never want him to knock on my door again. It was very unprofessional of him to make such a comment, especially considering he approached me for business, not the other way around. Furthermore I have the video with clear audio/video of this initial conversation.

  Sherlock Home Roofing inspected my roof and found significant storm damage that was not visible from the ground. Jonathan helped me file the insurance claim which was promptly approved. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up thoroughly. The team was very easy to work with. I love my new roof. So do the neighbors. Thank you guys. Nice job!

  Jonathan has been great in providing guidance and assistance in submitting my claim with my insurance company. After my claim was denied, he got me in contact with his adjuster (who was also a great support) to resubmit multiple claims. The insurance company finally approved my claim after months of back and forth. It was a long process, but Jonathan was extremely patient and checked in with me regularly for updates. On the day of my scheduled roof replacement, his team arrived early in the morning and completed the work by early afternoon. They were quick, polite, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. Can’t ask for a better crew. I would highly recommend Sherlock Home Roofing. They made the entire process super smooth and painless and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

  Sherlock Homes Roofing completed our new roof June 3, 2026. Jonathan and his GM Russell did an excellent job with the process start to finish. Jonathan identified some potential storm damage on our old roof and Texas State Windstorm inspected and concurred with his findings and issued us a check for damages. The entire process was professional and seamless and Jonathan and Russell were awesome to work with. I highly recommend Sherlock Holmes Roofing for any roofing work you may require.
