  I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, Nick Greer, whose initial review was unfortunately deleted. He met with Robert and his son, who conducted a drone inspection of our house, a feature we found impressive. At the time, my husband was very pleased with their meeting. However, after this interaction, we received no further communication—no calls, emails, or follow-up of any kind. Essentially, we were left without any response. After posting a review, we received a quote for $5,000 to repair our back patio. We also requested an inspection of our roof, hoping for either a repair or replacement, but after nearly a month, we still had no further updates. If you're seeking reliable assistance, I recommend contacting Marissa Downing with Elite Roofing. She has been proactive, staying in regular contact with my husband and assisting us in navigating the complexities of the insurance process. She has visited our property, taken photos, marked areas of concern on our roof, and—most importantly—has not left us in the dark.

  Do not use this company. We had a leak after 2 years. They finally came out after me calling for 3 weeks. As soon as the they arrived their contractor started saying it wasn't a leak from this roof. It must have been an old leak. This is …

  Very dissapointed in the customer service. They came for an estimate after Beryl and said they would write it up. After several calls and text messages inquiring about the estimate - and assurances they would look into it ‐ I was just told they are not taking in repairs. Why string me along?

  It took over 25 days from start to finish to build our new fence. While I understand right now is a hard time to find materials, the job should have never started unless all materials were available. The first day the crew started, they had to stop because they did not have enough posts. The second day they ran out of concrete. The third day they ran out of lumber for rot boards. The fourth day we found out the incredibly cheap gate latches left us all stuck in our backyards with no way to get back out. There were also gaps and holes as well as different types of wood that did not match. We were not impressed by the way the project manager spoke to the building crew whom we later found out were sub contracted. The crew was not allowed to purchase the materials so all of the untreated wood and incorrect latches were purchased by the owners. We had to call them back out to fix multiple problems including crooked gate doors and multiple nails protruding from the gate. I will give the company the benefit of the doubt that they attempted to fix the problems but this is not what I had expected considering we were paying top dollar for pine fencing. I assumed since the owner lived and worked in our neighborhood that we would get the utmost attention to detail. Boy was I wrong. The part that has thrown me over the edge was the way Mike spoke to my husband in a threatening manner about a Nextdoor app post which was completely truthful. I cannot in good conscience recommend a new fence from this company. We paid the remainder of our amount owed just to be done with this very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am finding more problems with my fence everyday. Multiple pickets are not even nailed down to the rot board. Also, the majority of these 5 star reviews are friends and family of employees or do not even live in this area. I wish I had known that before doing my research on this company.

  I’m not gonna lie, I’m not happy with the quality of the fence when it comes to the price, the lack of communication between the owner and the workers about the changes/corrections, the lack of material to do the entire job and the owner’s lack of responsibility throughout it all. The man can’t even own up to it being his fault for having started the job without everything needed and apologizing and making it right. He didn’t even come out to check on the progress without us having to call him first. He blames everyone else but himself. I wanted the $24/ft fence they charged me for. The fence they took down looked better than this. At least all the wood used to match.

  I needed roof replacement urgently. I found DR roofing through a friend. They immediately came the next day to evaluate my roof. Finance plan was a available and approved within a few minutes. I got my new roof the same week. The job finished beautifully. Crews cleanup after was extremely well. So impressed, I recommended my sister to DR for replacement of her roof. They did an Excellent job for her roof as well. Reasonably price and excellent job performance.

  I highly recommend DR Roofing south office. Mr. Mike Mazzola is an expert with high costumer service excellent attitude. From the initial conversation and sevice day to the final inspection and clean up his team was professional extremely punctual and skilled. They answered all of our questions promptly, started and finished the job as scheduled. No hidden details, issues or fees. My new roof looks fantastic! If you are looking for a honest, friendly, skilled, and reliable company. This is the one.

  Kristen Rankin is one of the reasons I love seeing more women succeed in the roofing industry. I met Kristen around the same time I was diagnosed with cancer. We had only recently gotten to know each other, but when life got difficult, she stepped up without hesitation. That told me everything I needed to know about her character. She showed kindness, support, and genuine concern when she didn’t have to. That’s just the type of person she is. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to watch how she treats her customers and conducts business, and it’s exactly what you’d hope for from someone handling one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home. She’s knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and truly cares about doing right by people. We’ve crossed paths with many of the same homeowners over the years, and if someone chooses to work with Kristen, I know they’re going to be well taken care of. The roofing industry needs more people like her. If Kristen is your salesperson, you’re in excellent hands. I would confidently recommend her to my own friends and family.

  DR Roofing and Construction came highly recommended by a close friend.The company kept their “word” throughout all phases of the work, show up on time and left the sight spotless. I recommend doing business with them or at least allowing them to provide you a quote.

  DR replaced our roof in 2021, and we just had a small warranty repair. They came to the house the same week I called, and repaired it very quickly and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Great service and no hassles for our warranty call. 10/10 will use again in the future and I highly recommend them.
