  We had someone come out to give us a quote. After his long spiel about how they’re the best and really listen to customers, he gave us a ridiculously high price. When I said we’d need to think about it, he got pushy—“I can save you money if you schedule next week, let me call my boss.” No thanks, sir. We’re getting other quotes. The next day, a highly reviewed, well-respected company came out and gave us a quote for LITERALLY HALF the price. Needless to say, the new roof is gonna be put on in two days, and we’re saving 15k!

  So, I saw on their page they offer free estimates. I called them. Next day their sale person showed up. Everything was nice until they gave me the price which is around 25k I told them I need times to think about it. Then, ALL HELL BREAK LOOSE... The sale person was acting upset and made us feel uncomfortable... he called multiple people on the phone. Claiming they are managers... And put me on the phone with these people. These people are very rude, unprofessional and extremely pushy and most importantly, they are not ALL EARS at all... They are more like HERES-YOUR-ESTIMATE-NOW-GIVE-ME-MONEY GUYS... glad I didn't choose them to do my roof.

  I hate to be that person but man the extreme cold calling after putting an inquiry is wild. I submitted interest the night before. The following morning they begin blowing my phone up! I answer after the 5th call to let the guy know I don’t appreciate the phone blow up and felt they didn’t respect my time so I wouldn’t be interested in their business any longer. The guy responded with “so sorry to take away from your precious time!” I’m all about respecting people’s time and it wasn’t urgent to schedule my estimate appointment.

  They said they offer free estimate... kid me not, there are 95% chance of salemen getting upset if you tell them you need times to think and not getting your roof done with them right after they give you estimate...

  Extremely dishonest, caused a leak by putting a nail through a pipe, alot of damage and now won't answer my calls or emails. Definitely choose another company.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this contractor!! STAY AWAY!! After getting all my info during almost 2 hours conversations, pictures, sent, email sent, address sent, appointment scheduled (very inconvenient since I have a tenant there and obviously had to coordinate with my tenant) they decided to cancel it all when they heard that I have NO insurance. It seems to me very fishy...FIND SOMEONE BETTER WHO WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION and LOOK TO FIX YOUR ROOF IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE!! They wanted to meet in person and although I offered an initial zoom meeting since I am not in town they did cancel blaming it on that. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME for me!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

  My advice about this company would be to stay away! A salesman by the name of Gustavo gave me a runaround from day one! First, it was to do repairs and flashing on the back of the roof. then when I decided to do a full roof because he said windstorm would not pay for a roof that had repairs on it! Then He said no, you have to do the repairs because the order was already Put in. I'm like you are giving me a headache. Then they wouldn't refund my money that I had to pay half down. I had to fight for that they would not refund in my account with my credit card. They said they could give me a paper check!!! Who even does paper checks. They are the ones that canceled the contract because I would not do a full roof with this unprofessional co. I was recommended them through my realtor She said she will not be recommending them anymore. There's many roofers go with someone else. They are not BBB A+ rating!!!

  Gahriel with all Ears Roofing is the best salesperson I have met. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to convince me go with All Ears Roofing after I had 2 other quotes. His knowledge of the process and materials were next to none. After the project, my roof looks great and Gahriel stopped by to see how everything went and if I had any questions. I will recommend All Ears Roofing and Gahriel to whoever needs new Roof.

  Jasmine from All Ears came to the house, inspected the roof (she had a drone. How cool is that?!?), walked me through all the steps of replacing my roof, answered all my questions, worked with me on the pricing, and voila! Three days later I had a new roof. I have a 3200 square foot house with detached garage and walkway and they actually completed the job in one day!! We had torrential rain soon after and everything held beautifully, even the leaky chimney that I’ve been having repaired for years. Couldn’t be happier. 😊
