I noticed we completed your project in 2021 and that we had some warranty work last year before your home sold. I didn't see any communications of any issue that wasn't addressed.   They say they give you the Texas insurance inspection and certificate for the Windstorm which is needed to get your home insurance. They do not actually do it so you are paying to have a roof redone without this inspection. I would not use this company especially if you need that certificate

  Excuse me J but are you a previous client? I didn't think so. All of our clients have their windstorm certificates or are in the process of obtaining one. So how can you say, "they say they give you an inspection but they really don't" ? I see you're reaching here because you think having 400+ reviews makes you somebody but it doesn't. If you're not a customer or client you should probably keep your reviews to yourself until actually use a business before you try and ruin one. Kind regards, Andrew H.

  I had a terrible experience with Alpha Elite Roofing. They were unresponsive and lacked communication. The consultant arrived late and couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix the leak. After waiting for hours, I cancelled their service. This company has a huge lack of communication and should not be trusted with important investments. Buyer beware! The owner Andrew Hernandez don’t even answer my husband calls or text message only if I could give this company 0 stars!

  I'm confused, so maybe someone from your company can help me. What does the sign in the picture say? What does it mean? And why is there a flyer from your company neatly tucked into my doorknob? My door is not free advertising for your company.

  Sure James I can help you there. Solicitation is the act of offering, or attempting to purchase, goods and/or services. We are only offering FREE inspections at the moment to you and all your neighbors due to the high winds that have recently passed through. However if you're not interested you may disregard the flyer and simply carry on about your day. But if you'd like some girl scout cookies on us, we'd be happy to oblige!   Alpha Elite Roofing came out to give us an estimate on our townhome roof repair. We tried 8 times over the course of 5 weeks to have someone call us back and get on the schedule to actually perform the repair. We were told each time that someone would call us back later in the day, and the calls were never returned. Pretty disappointed as they were recommended highly by a friend. They were professional, operated the drone safely, and the estimate was reasonable, hence 2 stars. Wish we could have gotten them to come out.

  Horrible customer service. Got a quote in October 2020 but wasn’t ready.. flash forward June/July 2021, have called numerous times and they keep saying they’re gonna come out and re-quote because the pandemic made the original quote change. But have yet to come. Made several attempts to get them to come out but no success unfortunately. The secretary did not like the quote and felt that she needed me to send a copy to her email so she could possibly get someone in trouble. Called later in the evening Tuesday the 6th of June and spoke to an “andrew” who said was the owner and took my information down again to. Come out and send me a new quote through email but has not done it. Bad staffing. Bad customer service. Time delays. Bad all around.

Although you didn't cancel the service, you were waiting for another roofer to come the next day to see what his price would be, so please be honest. When it rains as bad as it has been we do get backed up with leak calls and repairs. We are a Veteran Owned small business, but we really appreciate you warning those who want to support small businesses, especially during a worldwide pandemic such as covid-19. It helps us so much.   After hurricane beryl I had a roof leak that was also causing interior damage. I contacted several contractors, but none of them could handle the issue promptly. I called Isaac from Alpha Elite, and he arrived the same day and fixed the leak. I highly recommend this company and Isaac.

  Kevin and his team at Alph Elite Roofing tackled a difficult Solar PV system removal and roof replacement with such professionalism and provided a great roof designed for Houston’s challenging weather and winds at a price point hard to compete with.   We had some damage from hurricane Beryl and needed fast service so a friend recommended Scott Baimbridge and Alpha Elite. Scott came out and covered my roof and quickly gave me an estimate so we could get started on the work. The crew was fast, thoroughly cleaned up their debris from the yard, and very professional. I will definitely call Scott for all my roofing repairs.

  I recently had a professional by the name of Isaac inspect my roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and thorough. Isaac took the time to explain their findings in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the condition of my roof.
