  Aj, I apologize for our lack of response. My name is Brett Moran, owner of Moran Roofing. We have been overwhelmed with calls, estimates and repairs this past few months.Our phone lines have not slowed down at all and we have been missing calls everyday. We are a family owned business and we take pride in our customer service. This is not a typical year for us and we are trying our best to follow up and make appointments as best as we can.   Called and made an appointment for Brett to come out on Wednesday, September 9. Wednesday came, and he failed to show up for the appointment. I called and Brett made excuses and said someone was supposed to have called me to reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday, September 11, with reassurances from Brett that he would be here. Friday came, and Brett was a no-show again! I called and spoke to the receptionist, who said she would call me back. Another hour went by and I called back again -- she hadn't been able to reach Brett. So, after failing twice to keep a scheduled appointment, I definitely will not be doing business with this company and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone else.

  The star ratings may not apply. I called them up and they said they are not certified for Tile Roofs! Most new constructions are tile, so I wonder how may new homes they help.

  We have been fans of Moran roofing for many years. What we value most in a contractor is that they stand by their work. Recently, we had an issue with the gutter system and covers installed by Moran a number of years ago. Not only did they happily repair the small damaged gutter section, but the Moran team inspected the entire system, cleared a number of clogged gutters and down spouts, and then blew off any remaining leaves on my roof. In all respects, they exceeded expectations.

  We have worked with many contractors over the years for big/small projects. By far the best experience working with Brett and his team. They are extremely professional, courteous, responsive, great work ethics and excellent follow through. I highly recommend Moran roofing/ Brett.

  We’ve used Moran Roofing twice before and have been very pleased with their work. We had a number of delays because of the rain but finally got it done. Crew is professional and they do a nice job cleaning up after each day. Highly recommend.

  We are very pleased with our new roof. We had to wait as they were very busy, however, we were willing to wait to get the job done correctly. Moran Roofing is a family run business that takes pride in hiring excellent employees. Brett was a pleasure to work with as he was professional and explained everything that was needed in detail.

  I found a leak in my bedroom during the January storms. Moran roofing was prompt, found the leak, and completed the repair. Very professional and great quality workmanship.
