Working with this roofing team was a great experience from start to finish. We were referred for a roof and skylight replacement and worked with Cesar. Cesar was easy to talk to, professional, and very patient about explaining each part of the roofing process in simple terms. This was especially helpful while we were dealing with insurance for the roof claim, since the paperwork, deadlines, and approvals can be confusing. Cesar guided us through every step, answered questions more than once when needed, and made the whole process feel much easier. He also stayed in touch about schedule updates, weather delays, and job progress. One feature we really liked was the photo timeline tool that showed the roofing work as it was happening during the day. Since this was for our rental property in Peachtree City and we could not always be on site, that gave us a lot of peace of mind. The house is older and has a steep, narrow roofline with limited space near neighboring homes, so this was not a simple roofing job. Even so, Cesar and the crew handled it with confidence and skill. There were no surprise price changes, no shifting timelines, and no added stress. The final roof and skylight work looks excellent. The pricing was clear, the communication was strong, and the team made the insurance side much easier by handling it so well. Overall, it was a smooth and dependable roofing experience, and we highly recommend them.

I came home during lunch and found a leak in my ceiling, so I asked a few neighbors in my subdivision which roofer to call. Several of them recommended a local roofing company, and I am glad I listened. What started as a stressful roof leak turned into one of the best service experiences I have had. Austin came out that same afternoon, even with the rain coming down, and quickly put a tarp on the roof to stop the leak. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew roofing work. The response time was impressive, and the whole process moved along smoothly from the emergency repair to the full roof replacement. We decided on a beautiful 50-year architectural shingle roof, and the finished result looks great. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. It honestly looked like no one had even been there except for the brand-new roof. The entire team was first class, helpful, and dependable. In Peachtree City, where strong rain and storms can really test a roof, it was a relief to work with a roofing company that responded fast and did quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof.

We hired a roofing contractor to replace our full roof along with eight skylights, and the whole experience was excellent. We compared several roofing estimates before making a decision, and we chose this roofer because the pricing was fair and the level of professionalism stood out right away. The crew was organized, showed up as promised, and completed the roof replacement at the agreed price in one long, productive day. Throughout the project, they sent photo updates so we could clearly see the progress on the roof, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. They handled the roofing job with care, and the cleanup after the install was outstanding, leaving the property neat and tidy. Later on, we noticed a small leak in a bay section that was not included in the original roof work. They responded quickly, came out to inspect it, and repaired the issue at no charge. That kind of service and follow-up support is hard to find. Very impressive roofing service, and we highly recommend them for roof replacement, skylight work, and dependable customer care.

I needed some gutter and roofing work done on my home, so I called Carter Brothers Roof Repair. Austin came out for an estimate within about half an hour, listened to what I needed, and showed up the next morning ready to get started. The crew finished the job in around an hour and a half, the gutters look great, and everything ties in nicely with the roofline. They also cleaned up the driveway and the front of the house when they were done. I was very impressed with the workmanship, quick response, and fair pricing. If I need any roof or gutter repairs again, I would definitely use them.

After a major storm, we noticed a roof leak above our garage in a section that had supposedly been repaired before by another roofer. We called Austin, and he was quick to respond, came out within a few days to inspect the roofing system, and explained our options clearly. We decided to replace the full roof, even though it was still fairly new, because we wanted better workmanship and long-term protection. We also had the bathroom fans properly vented through the roof at the same time, which made the whole project more efficient. The crew used high-quality roofing materials and solid installation methods, and now we feel confident our home is well protected from the heavy rain and heat in Peachtree City. The whole process was smooth, professional, and our new roof was completed quickly after our first call.

I needed a roofing job handled fast, and Carter Brothers Roof Repair was recommended by neighbors who had used them before. I called, and they got back to me within a reasonable time. Austin came out soon after, looked over the roof, explained the work clearly, and gave me a fair estimate. A short time later, the crew arrived as scheduled and finished the roof repair in one day. They worked efficiently, used solid roofing materials, and paid attention to the details. The cleanup was very good, and the property was left neat when the job was done. The roof looks great, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. Cesar also stopped by after the work was completed to inspect everything and make sure I was happy with the results. It is clear they care about the quality of their roofing work and about customer satisfaction. After some rain, the roof has held up well with no issues, and I feel confident in the repair.

My original review was timely, friendly, and professional, and after everything was addressed, that still fits. Carter Brothers Roof Repair made things right by replacing the cracked skylight, and now the roof system is performing well with no leaks during heavy Peachtree City rain. austin and cesar were helpful, easy to talk to, and followed through to get the flashing and skylight issue resolved the right way. After spending a lot on a new roof, i wanted the skylight done properly too, and in the end it was handled well. The rest of the roofing work looked great from the start, and now with the skylight fixed, i am a happy customer.
