  I cannot recommend Zoom and the team at Seattle Roof Systems enough! Zoom first noticed our roof was wearing down while working on another property in our neighborhood earlier this spring. He kindly knocked on our door to let us know it was at risk for moisture leaks, but instead of giving us a high-pressure sales pitch, he simply left his card and told us to call him in the summer if we wanted a bid. We had already received a different bid that felt incredibly high, so we decided to call Zoom. His quote—even with several added upgrades like a brand-new leaf guard gutter system—came in way below the competitor's price. Throughout the entire planning phase, Zoom was incredibly thoughtful, hopping on multiple calls with us to seamlessly coordinate the schedule. When it came time for construction, his hardworking crew knocked it out of the park. They completed the entire tear-down, structural decking and sheathing replacement where needed, composite fascia installation, and new shingles in just over a day and a half. The new gutters were installed a couple of days later and took only two hours. We are so grateful for the speed, efficiency, and incredible work ethic of the crew, but above all, we appreciate Zoom’s genuinely caring, flexible, and zero-pressure approach. He feels like a friend now, and we will recommend Seattle Roof Systems forever!

  Our house has a low pitch roof that had a multitude of issues that needed addressing. We upgraded the torch down roof to a PVC roof. It was a really big job but Zoom was able to juggle it all because he is very professional and detail oriented. He listened carefully to our concerns and was able to solve all of the problems with our roof. He is very knowledgeable and was proactive by suggesting finishing touches such as round downspouts and metal beam caps for our mid-century design house. The house is much improved and it gives me peace of mind to know we have a solid roof over our heads that will last us many years.

  They were fast, courteous, accommodating, helpful, fairly-priced, knowledgeable, and did i mention fast? We had to get our roof done quickly and it was an unexpected expense so I was really concerned about the cost. Seattle Roof Systems gave me a competitive price and was able to move up our job when they understood urgency. They were at our house by 7:30am the day they started. When they got the old roof materials off and noticed a problem (because of 1940s construction), they gave me a lot of options to fix it and it didn't slow down the project. As a woman who is a homeowner, business-owner, and commercial property owner, I truly appreciate working with contractors who can just answer my questions and give me options. Seattle Roof Systems did just that.

The roof system needs to breathe and most older homes don’t have adequate airflow through the attic. On top of that, the solar venting skylight was a great suggestion and I’m grateful that you trusted us with your skylight installation. This is one of our specialty services and it brings a lot of joy to our clients. Nothing transforms a space quite like a new skylight! Framing your awning and adding the NRM 6000 standing seam metal roof system for your home really enhanced the curb appeal! Another great idea.   Thanks Zoran. I’m glad your wind damaged roof claim was approved so quickly. It doesn’t always work out that way and we have a team that specializes in insurance claim support. Most older homes have discontinued shingles and can’t legally be repaired with a different product. My team knows how to present all the information to insurance to ensure that wind damage claims are approved for full replacement.

  I didn't actually use Seattle Roof Systems for any work, but did call to ask some questions about a house inspection report I had received and to get an estimate for repairs. Zoom looked through the report and actually told me he didn't think repairs were needed, and if I still wanted to do the work for peace of mind he would be able to. I appreciated the direct response and wouldn't hesitate to reach out in the future if/when I need work done.
