Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Seasides Guard Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Exceptional turnover speed. I needed a rapid wind-mitigation inspection and minor shingle remediation done on a North Miami Beach listing to close a chaotic deal before the weekend. Seasides Guard Roofing picked up the phone immediately, dispatched a field technician the same afternoon, and uploaded the certified paperwork directly to the title company portal. Saved the transaction from falling apart. Will definitely open future accounts here.

With South Florida weather being so unpredictable, I wanted to ensure our roof was fully secured before the summer storms hit. Seasides Guard Roofing did a fantastic job inspecting our decking and replacing old flashing. I feel so much more secure living in North Miami Beach knowing the roof is completely reinforced.

Protecting my equity means fixing roof issues permanently before water ruins the interior framing. This crew understands that timeline. They showed up to my investment property exactly when promised, verified the source of the leak, and executed a clean tie-in with the existing roof layout. They didn't leave a single piece of construction debris on-site for my tenants to trip over. They are officially on my short list for preferred property vendors

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Seasides Guard Roofing. After wind and hail damage left our roof needing a full replacement, the team stepped in with professionalism and confidence. Insurance was slow to respond, but they went …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Seasides Guard Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
