  I hired Seaside Roofing & Siding to replace the front of the garage siding, two windows and trim. Ken, the owner, arrived after his crew arrived. He reviewed with the foreman the scope of the work and we chatted a bit. He left and a little while after so did the foreman who incidently did not return. I was left with one worker who was tasked to finish removing the remainder of the old siding, etc. I picked up the old onion light to clean and the fastener that holds it on was missing and nowhere to be found. I had on the right side of the garage a 100 year old bluestone flag bracket carved with ywo eagles that my late Grandfather who died in 1964 displayed on their home, after his passing on my late parents home where I grew up, then on their home on Cape Cod. Instead of being careful in it's removal, it was removed in pieces. I was inside my home and wondered about the piece so I went outside to check and described to the non-English speaking worker (all the crew could not speak English) was? The exchange was reminiscent of a game of Charades. He looked around then walked to the twodiscarded shutters where between them the piece lay in pieces. I let out a scream. I called Ken the owner, he arrived and as I was explaining the history of the piece and the carelessness. Ken had a smirk on his face. He finally apologized but it was not genuine. I indicated that I wanted the crew to leave and requested what I owed to date and promptly provided a check to Ken. Ken reapetedly kept lamenting "it was not done on purpose" I said "it was careless." Instead of letting their foreman know about the broken relic after it happened, the individual hid the piece between the two shutters. It was very sneaky, I asked Ken when I was going to be told, he just looked at me with no response. He indicated that he deducted an undisclosed amount for the broken relic without telling me the amount or asking if that was okay with me. I asked him if he had a tarp to cover the cavity where the win

  I had my roof replaced today by Seaside Roofing (NOT Seashore Roofing) and it was the most seamless, amazingly organized job I’ve had done! Received my detailed proposal several weeks ago and was given an expected work date and it was point on. The dumpster was delivered, workers came with Ed Shaw present but let me tell you their workers were in harmony! The roof has been replaced and it doesn’t even look like tons of debris that was laying in tarps coming off of my roof was even on my lawn. None of my extensive flower beds were trampled. Not a nail in sight and back to the original condition before they started. My husband and I are amazed that Ed stated to me he overestimated the job and he will adjust the cost accordingly. We are thankful for his professional roofing service and highly recommend him.

  Ken and his team did an amazing job on our siding and trim. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly! Stayed true to their quoted price. My neighbors were all impressed with how well the team worked. Our house is now the best looking on the block. Cannot recommend Seaside enough.

  There is no one better than Ken LeBlanc and Seaside Roofing! Ken and his team installed a new roof and replaced several skylights on my large house in 1 day. But most important, they replaced over 1700 sq feet of water damaged James Hardie siding. The team did an amazing job, and I highly recommend them!

  When it became apparent that we needed a new roof, there was a lot of trepidation -- the cost, the mess, who to hire!? Luckily I saw a SEASIDE Roofing Company sign on our neighbor's lawn, and I called to see if we could get an estimate. Within 48 hours, I was sent a reasonable estimate that spelled out exactly how the job would be done. Less than a month later, I was amazed because we have a beautiful new roof that was done quickly and professionally! The work crew were amazing, and the communication with Ken was terrific. I would recommend SEASIDE without any hesitation!
