  They are refusing to fix the leak I am having in the roof they installed. This is the second time the roof they installed has leaked. The roof was installed in December of 2015. A ten year warranty was part of the contract. The first leak occurred in January of 2016, which they repaired. The gentleman l spoke with said that he bought the business assets not their liabilities. They would come over and look at the issue but I would have to pay for them to fix it. If I was going to have to pay then I would use another company. Why would I give them anymore of my money?

  This is the first and only time that this lady has ever contacted us regarding her roof issue. It’s a pure fallacy that this is the second time. Her roof was replaced in 2015, which is 10 years ago, under the old ownership of Corey & Corey. What we have told her, is if any necessary repairs needed to address the problem, warranty would not cover the work as the warranty has expired and there will be an additional fee for it. After this she started threatening us. Her threats are the reason that we refused to work with her. Thank you.

  100% lacking customer relation skills on the phone. I wasn't expecting something so unprofessional after the reviews I read. It's a no for me.

  Mr. Renaissance Man called us to get a quote for someone else’s house for a work that we don’t even do and his feelings got hurt, for some reason. Hope one day he will forgive us and can get over it. Poor guy!

  Called to schedule an estimate, and the guy who answered the phone said "if you aren't going to use us what's the point of doing the estimate?" Lol all I wanted was an estimate for a new roof and the person answering the phone was clearly having a bad day or just lacks customer service skills, I don't know. He kept telling me I could call other people to get the job done sooner, all the while we never even got to establish if I would even get an estimate or when they would be able to start the job if we move forward with them. Very weird interaction. I'm confused considering all of the great reviews why my encounter was so poor to just get information on a new roof.

  This lovely lady called us earlier today, requesting an estimate for a roof replacement. When she was asked how soon she is planning to do the work, she said ASAP few times. We are booked till end of May right now and if someone is looking to get any work done ASAP, unfortunately we can’t help them, therefore there is no reason for us even to submit any estimates. How hard is it to understand simple things and yes, we did tell her to try other companies because someone might be able to help her right away, because we thought she may have an active roof leak. As I mentioned earlier we are really busy and we rather spend our time and efforts on our existing projects. I am really hoping that now she understands the reason why her request was turned down, not because of someone was having a bad day but because this is a complete waste of time for us. Sorry, that’s the truth. Some people need to learn how to take no for an answer and get over it. Thank you.

  I had a great experience choosing Corey & Corey to install a new roof, rake boards, and skylights on my house. They were responsive, competitive on pricing, and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated the thorough walk through I got when the project was completed, and the thorough clean up job. Highly recommend.

  I chose Corey & Corey after a careful online search for a reliable, high-quality roofer in the Falmouth area who had expertise in skylight replacement. The response and work were first-rate: Armen reached out to me within a day, did an inspection shortly thereafter, and provided a complete quote, insurance package, etc. The communication and responsiveness were great -- he let me know when the work would be performed, and the replacement of two old skylights went smoothly. The job site was cleaned up afterward, and I could not be happier from start to finish. I would highly recommend him.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Corey & Corey The Roofers, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Armen, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. His crew worked incredibly well together while replacing the roof on our house, our two sheds, and also replacing three skylights. One thing we especially appreciated was how careful and respectful they were of our property. The team was constantly cleaning up after themselves and making sure all nails and debris were picked up along the way. Our dogs’ paws definitely thank you for that! The workmanship was excellent, the new roof looks beautiful, and the entire process was smooth and professional. We highly recommend Corey & Corey The Roofers!

  Corey & Corey was recommended to us by a friend. We had a tight deadline to get our roof replaced. From start to finish, Armen was responsive, professional and respectful. He made sure we understood our options and took the time to explain everything clearly. Some things we really appreciated: Absence of sales pressure, clear communication, patience in answering questions, attention to detail, pride in their work and guidance on options (colors, rake and fascia boards). The project was completed ahead of schedule and Armen and his team thoroughly cleaned up the yard afterward. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. We would hire Corey & Corey again!

  Armen and his team were responsive, professional, and fast! Cannot recommend them enough.   A raccoon ripped a hole in our roof. Corey & Corey fixed it within 24 hours of initial contact and for a very fair price. Highly recommend them.

  Quickly repaired flange around DWVs. We had some minor water intrusion, and they were very quickly able to schedule and make the repairs within 4 days. Highly recommend!
