Nails, nails, nails. Hired this company to reroof my house in Dennis, trusting the reviews and the word of the owner. This is a vacation house so I was not there when the job was performed. Returned to the house after it was done. There were not only hundreds of nails everywhere and I’m still finding them a year later but they left (on my lawn) tons of bent drip edge, bundles of unusable shingles, rolls of underlayment and trash, yes their own trash. I paid them good money for this small easy roof and I then had to go out of my way to clean up their left mess and pay to dispose of it. I reached out to them and they said they would reimburse me, haven’t seen a penny in nearly a year! Don’t hire them.

Joshua, thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to address this. You reached out to us about a month after the project was completed, and we responded right away to better understand the situation and offered a reimbursement. After several attempts to follow up, we received your response about 20 days later with the amount of $254. Over the following two months, we continued trying to coordinate the best way to send the reimbursement (check, cash, or Zelle), and once you confirmed a check would be preferred, we promptly mailed it. Unfortunately, the check was later returned, and we were not informed of the reason. As we were unable to reach you to confirm a preferred mailing address, we sent it to the only address we had on file, which was your residence. We continued attempting to contact you, including after further messages regarding this matter, but did not receive a response. Our last attempt to reach you was on January 2nd. We always aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly, and we remain willing to make this right. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can ensure this is resolved for you. – The Coastal Roofing & Siding Team

If you're looking for a proactive and responsive roofing contractor, Coastal Roofing and Siding is the way to go. They accommodated my tight timeline and offered a fair rate. What really sets them apart is their communication and site management. Their project managers visited the site to verify quality and check in with me. Carlos in particular was fantastic to work with and was instrumental in finishing up the final details of the project. The crew was hardworking and polite throughout. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Outstanding service! Carlos responded to our inquiry and was able to identify and solve our roofing problem (shingles missing due to wind). Sent one of his guys a couple of days later and fixed the missing shingles.

We did not get a chance to hire them for work, but just want to praise this company and Roberto in particular. We are in the middle of adding an addition and Roberto came and gave us a quote. He CALLED when he was running late. I appreciate not being left waiting! It's very responsible. We ended up running into a budgeting problem on our end. So we'll do our roofing ourselves, but if we could use someone, I would recommend this company hands down! Thank you for being so accommodating!

A tree fell on my house during the storm in Feb'26. No one was available to patch the hole in my roof and I was running out of options. I found Coastal on Google and took a chance - Fabricio came the same day and patched the roof. Unbelievable response given the fallout from the devastation on the Cape. Turns out I needed a whole new roof. Fabricio was diligent but not overbearing in following up until I was ready. The shingles were replaced last week and the roof looks amazing! The crew was incredible and included women - loved that. They covered my bushes and cleaned up the site at the end of the two days on site. Not a nail to be found. Sergio was the project manager. He was there both days to make sure everything was taken care of. Then he came back again after the project was complete to make sure I was satisfied and answer questions. A true professional operation and 5 star experience from start to finish!

Theirs a big difference from knowing how to sidewall and being a Side Waller. Roberto’s team are Side Wallers in the truest sense. Couldn’t be happier with Coastal Roofing & Siding. I’ll be using them again on my next project.

We recently had our house resided by Coastal Roofing and Siding, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The whole project truly could not have gone any smoother. Fabricio, who was in charge of the job, was especially wonderful to work with. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and explain the process. His professionalism and experience made us feel confident every step of the way. The crew worked hard, kept everything organized, and the finished result completely transformed the look of our home. We highly recommend Coastal Roofing and Siding to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a stress-free experience.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had a piece of roofing trim fall off my house during a recent wind storm. I called Coastal because they had a five star rating and good reviews. Now I understand why! I called and the very nice secretary hooked me up with the owner and gave me an appointment. I explained that I have limited finances and couldn’t afford much. Lucas took care of me and his team did a beautiful job repairing my trim. This is a company with a heart and the expertise to do the job right. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are new to the area and after all the recent storms we unfortunately found a leak in our roof. A family member recommended Coastal Roofing and we definitely made the right decision in making the call. Quick response, excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, high quality work, respectful to our home and property inside and out. We highly recommend giving Coastal Roofing a call...you will not be disappointed.
