  I experienced minor roof damage after the tornado July 2019. I called to arrange an estimate because of all the positive reviews here and on Yelp. The reviewer on yelp indicated that this company replaced about a dozen roof shingles (no material charge) for $200 last March 2018. Got a call back from this company and was told minimum repair cost is $500. But you repaired 12 shingles last year for $200???? I said ok, go ahead and give me an estimate. After not hearing again, I followed up. Now I am told it will cost $150 to go up on my roof, inspect it, and give me an estimate. Wait! It says free estimates on the website! And $150 to go up on my roof for all of maybe ten minutes! That's $900 an hour! I then sent a picture of the damage to some shingles on my house which were taken by my insurance adjuster. Asked if someone could squeeze me in for a reasonable charge. No response. Can't be bothered I guess because I would not pay them $150 to give me a "free estimate" and refused to pay $500 to replace a few shingles (maybe an hour of work) which they did for a customer a year ago for $200. I am a retired senior. This is gouging tornado victims at its worst. Don't believe the website when it says they will do small repairs and free estimates, unless you are willing to pay nearly $1000 per hour. I never expected or demanded quick service. I know others have more pressing needs because of the tornado. But you don't have to gouge us seniors after this horrific weather event.

  We are very happy with our new roof! We knew we were in good hands as they had done a roof at our neighbors and done outside work at my sister’s house and both were very pleased with their work. Our experience was the same. They came when they said they were coming. The roof they installed was very professionally done and looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and were just great to work with all around. Dmitry, the president, was a pleasure to work with as well. He was very responsive to questions and very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely hire them again for any outside work we may need in the future.

  Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod delivered an excellent roof replacement in two days from start to finish. The owner, Dmitry Labkovich, is very professional, attentive to detail, and accessible at all times. The installation crew was sensitive to customer requests. Clean up each day was thorough and complete. We are completely satisfied with installation of our new roof.

  Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job replacing so much of the trim on my mom's home (14 windows, both front vertical pieces, and both sets of angled pieces below the roof). Your company was able to complete the job quickly and professionally and the house looks brand new. The window trim had been in particularly bad shape and we couldn't be more please with the outcome.   Recently moved my Dad into an older home that needed a new roof. Bill and his teams evaluated the underlayment and made the proper repairs, keeping us updated the entire time.   Fantastic experience from start to finish! Dmitry Labkovich and his team from Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod installed a new cedar roof on our home in Plymouth, and the result is stunning.   Dmitry Labkovich of Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod provided a detailed quote and explained how they would proceed with our roof replacement. In every aspect of this project Dmitry, office staff and the on-site crew were very responsive in communications all throughout the process. They showed up, got it done and cleaned everything up. Would definitely recommend them!
