  Saw this company on Google and they stated they do roof repairs so I asked if they could come out to take a look at the airflow issue in my attic as it relates to not enough exhaust vents and they didn’t think that that was something that they could do until I pointed out.it is advertised on your website so then they said they would come out and take a look at it Made appointment for lSaturday For the roof inspection and since they never showed up. I called back to the main office and then they tell me that they can’t make it out today. Dont I deserve a call if your cancelling on me? Not a very reliable company and they just wanna cherry pick what they wanna do and what they don’t wanna do Not a good experience with this company

  We had a great experience from start to finish. The team arrived on the promised date and completed our roof beautifully with excellent workmanship. Communication with Mary was outstanding. She responded to all of our questions promptly and kept us informed throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Many of our neighbors are looking to replace their roofs, and I will definitely be recommending this company to them. Thank you for the excellent work!

  We are repeat customers. Seal Tight did a couple of small repairs in the past at a great price. We asked when the roof would need to be replaced and got an honest answer a few years ago. No hard sale, just a straight answer. When it was time to replace the roof, it was installed in one day. (August 3, 2026) The crew did an awesome job and cleaned up really well afterwards. I dropped the check off this afternoon, the ladies in the office are so nice! I have already given three neighbors Seal Tight's number. I highly recommend Seal Tight!

  The Seal Tight Construction team did a great job on our home roofing project. They showed up when expected and after each night they did the cleanup so you wouldn't even know they had been there. My neighbors even commented on how well they did the cleanup.

  Our roof has three different diverters that channel rainwater into the gutters. After the roof was replaced the contractors didn't remount them properly and water was pouring off the roof and onto the deck. Seal Tite came out, repositioned the diverters and verified the water would be run into the gutters. Perfect! Would use them again.

  Seal Tight Construction provided a competitive and well-detailed bid for our condominium roof replacement project, which includes 111 units to be completed in three phases. Their proposal clearly outlined the materials, warranties, and overall scope of work, and Seal Tight delivered exactly what was promised. Phase 1 included 62 units and was completed professionally. The crews were on time, polite, and cleaned up daily. Chuck, the project manager, came by regularly to check progress and quickly addressed any issues to keep the project running smoothly. Communication from Mary in the office was outstanding. We were kept informed weekly regarding the schedule, material deliveries, dumpster placement and removal, Macomb Township inspections, and weather adjustments. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The Village at Riverside HOA Board highly recommends Seal Tight Construction for their thorough planning, quality workmanship, strong supervision, and excellent communication. Phase 2 of our roof replacement project is planned for 2026 and Phase 3 for 2027, and we look forward to working with Seal Tight again. Seal Tight delivers on what they say!   Fantastic job! We had heavy roof damage last month (Aug 2025) which required a lot of work! Shout out to Jeff who did the repair. He took his time and did the job right. I could not be happier! The entire process took less than a month from the time the tree landed on our house until the final piece of siding was installed. (The first photos are of the damage and the last photos are the repair.)
