  If you are contemplating hiring Rock Solid in Michigan for work, PLEASE read the back of the very long fine print contract. Better yet have an attorney look at the contract. I was negligent and naive and deeply regret it. Rock Solid owns you once you sign the contract and the 48 hours cancellation option passes. Fact - if you want to terminate the contract, whether they have started the job or not, you will be required to pay one third of the contract price. They will also want you to sign a non-disclosure so that you will not be able to say anything disparaging about their company. Luckily I was able to get this clause voided. How many others have been silenced. Thinking of taking legal action, you agree to pay their legal fees when you sign the contract. You agree to pay all of their legal fees. At $500.00 an hour and up, even if you win, you will lose financially. There is a list of excuses for not doing the job in a timely manner, and they are not afraid to use them. There are a multitude of excuses on the back of the contract for not doing the work and they used many of them on my job. Our contract did not show a completion date, which means they can string you out indefinitely and you have no recourse. I paid my one third termination fee and went with another contractor. Buyer Beware.

Our production supervisor's name is Jeff, and he's looking forward to meeting with you and addressing all of your concerns. Upper management is very aware of this current situation and is working diligently to make everything right.

  Had my roof replaced a few years back by Rock Solid, but had multiple leaks that they were unable to fix after a four or five calls. Finally had another roofer come to inspect it and give me an estimate to fix it. They showed me the damage caused by incorrectly installed vents that created a serious mold issue in the attic. I just had to have the entire roof replaced after just 5 years. All the boards pulled off were black with mold. The crew that Rock sent out originally obviously had no idea what they were doing, and their "expert" repairs did not fix it. I would NEVER use these guys again.

  I have called for over a week to get repairs done from a job they did. They have not called back and no one answers the phone. The CFO called us names when the job was being done. They tried to renege on the contract. I had to withhold payment in order to get them to uphold the contract. Now they won't come out to repair siding that has come off. Worse company I ever worked with.

  I am pleased with the new roof! This would have been 5 stars. You need a better staff cleaning up! Too many nails left on my lawn and sidewalks! Use this tidbit of info in the future. I'm waiting on my new windows now! + k's more I must be pleased with the service!

  Rock solid did it right. They were prompt and straight forward in the estimates, communication and workmanship. The roof replacement was performed in a swift manner even on the hottest day of the year. The crew was respectful and worked diligently and the clean up matched.   Very pleased with this organization. Levi was very helpful in helping us determine what we needed. Very organized. The entire company was outstanding with their communication. We received phone calls and text messages continuously updating us on what was happening and when we should expect it to happen. There’s a lot of roofing companies out there but we would highly recommend rock solid exteriors for not only the quality but their customer service as well!
