Rapid Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rapid Roofing.

I had a patio rooftop installed and less than a year later I had bowling of boards and visible rippling in the membrane. The company dragged their feet on repairing it and ended up ghosting me without resolution. I'm left with a damaged rooftop. They don't stand by their work. Not recommended!

Rachel, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. At Rapid Roofing, we take pride in our work and always aim to make things right for our customers. Since last fall, our team has made multiple attempts to schedule repairs and address your concerns. We truly tried our best to work toward a resolution, including sending crews out to perform repairs, but unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to complete the corrective work while we were on site. We would still welcome the opportunity to reconnect and find a positive resolution. Please feel free to contact our office at (734) 895-9553 so we can continue working toward a solution. We remain committed to standing behind our workmanship and providing quality service.

Rapid Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement and new gutters. The entire experience was smooth, and the finished roof and gutters look great. A special thank you to Aleaha Defrain, the project manager. She kept us well informed throughout the project, was responsive to any questions or concerns, and did a great job communicating with the crew and keeping everything on track. We really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and overall quality of the work. Very happy with the result and would recommend Rapid Roofing.
