  They came out for the roof leaking into the garage. He charged us $400 and caulked the area. Roof still leaks.

  I had a roof inspection in Sterling Heights because the buyer asked for one during our sale. The roofing contractor found two minor repairs and wrote it up in a way everyone could understand. The repairs were finished that week. It kept the closing moving

  Detroit Roofers of Sterling Heights did roof maintenance on our rental before the next tenant moved in. The roofer found debris packed near a valley and one worn seal around a vent. He sent a short update before doing the roof repair, which made it easy to approve from work. The tenant never had to deal with a mess. I would use the same roofing company again for rental upkeep.

  Detroit Roofers of Sterling Heights replaced the cracked flashing around our skylight after two storms left rings on the ceiling paint. The roofing contractor checked the glass, the shingles nearby, and the interior trim before giving us the repair price. I liked that he did not turn one leak into a full roof conversation. They covered the counter below the skylight and vacuumed before leaving. The next rain was quiet, which was what I wanted.

  In Utica, our older place had a stubborn leak that only showed up when rain came sideways. The roofing contractor spent more time tracing it than I expected and found a gap along the chimney flashing. He did the roof leak repair without talking down to us. The price was reasonable, and he cleaned the porch steps before he left.
