The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Rented them a price on machinery to move some material, and they never paid me for the agreed amount, even after several months and several invoices sent.

This company is very good. Estimates are free. Clear communication. They provide photos of what needs repair before they work. They also provide after photos. Thanks to Jason at Handson Contruction for referring me to Dave .

Very great guys. It was a small repair needed so they got it done that morning. Professional. Didn't complain or blame any previously worked done. Just seen I needed a leak fixed and it was done. Great job Seal-It Up. I'll use you for the rest of time.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 19 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 19, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
