Pool liner was installed fine but schaper makes claims they can't follow through with and when asked about it they deny ever saying it. Customer follow up and being informed of what work is being done is non existent. Pricing discrepancies exist also between what they say in the begining and after completion . When looking to have work done on your pool definitely keep looking, better companies out there.

First I would give zero stars if it were an option! We have a pool that was installed by John Schaper a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. From the shell being put in crooked, concrete cracking 8-10 inches from the actual relief cuts, an acrylic paint job that is at kindergarten level at best and is already peeling off the concrete in large chunks, a void underneath the pool the size of a small car that flexes like a trampoline and a corner of the pool which sets substantially higher than the rest and from the words of Paul Schaper himself, admittedly a 1/4 inch higher than allowed by code but simply his response was can’t you just live with it, which was also the response of the manufacturer. The list goes on. So if your thinking about hiring schaper construction for your pool, reconsider.

As a family-owned business owner myself, I know how important every aspect of the customer experience is. From the first phone call to project completion, every conversation, every email, the service techs who show up, the on-site rep providing accountability, and even the third-party vendor they recommend can all be potential points of failure. Schaper Pools went above and beyond at every step. From my initial call with Stephanie to techs BJ and Marcus and our on-site rep John, every person we dealt with was exactly the kind of professional I hope my own customers experience when they work with us. They were professional, kind, timely, responsible, knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, and fairly priced. Even their recommendation for a third-party vendor was spot on and felt like an extension of their own company. I would absolutely recommend Schaper Pools to anyone needing pool assistance. It is a blessing to feel like the money you work hard for, and the choice you make in hiring a company, are treated with respect. Five stars for sure!

I had a contractor install a new roof and it kept leaking. That company ghosted me. I called Schaper Construction came out the day that I called them and was back the next morning to repair the leak. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. I'd recommend them with great confidence to anyone.

We recently had them put on a new roof on our manufactured home. We were very satisfied by the roof, which showed no leaks in porch and carport connection, which is the reason we contacted them. We were also in agreement with the cost which seemed fair. However, we were not at all happy with the final bill. It indicated $8000.00+ more. We were upset that there was no discussion with us at all about the need for the added expense and the final bill was not itemized. We had asked twice during the roofing, to speak with the representative. We never saw him. We would have not been as upset if we had had any communication during this construction. In 1 week after work was completed and they received the payment we had 1st agreed on, they contacted us. We voiced our concerns and asked for a detailed, itemized statement. We received that statement and we called and discussed a viable payment plan for us. They agreed and supported our concerns. We are thankful for the their Co-operation with us moving forward.

We have had the incredible pleasure of working with Schaper Pools located in Zephyrhills, FL and we cannot sing their praises loudly enough! From the moment we first reached out to inquire about their services with Stephanie, to the final unveiling of our backyard oasis, the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. The team at Schaper Pools is truly top-notch. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident in every aspect of their work. The initial consultation with Paul Schaper was thorough and personalized, with the designers taking the time to understand our vision. Once the project began, the efficiency and skill of the construction crew were immediately apparent. They worked diligently, following the timeline and keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of their craftsmanship is exceptional; every tile, every piece of equipment, and every finishing touch displays excellence. They even managed to navigate some unexpected challenges with ease, ensuring the project stayed on track without compromising on quality. What sets Schaper Pools apart, however, is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. John Schaper was ALWAYS available to address any questions or concerns we had, no matter how small. Thank YOU John! The communication was clear and prompt, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with the progress and the final result. Also, a shout out to Marcus with Schaper Pools - he is a hard working man! Now, we are the proud owner of a breathtaking pool that exceeds all of our expectations. It’s not just a pool; it’s a luxurious retreat that has transformed our backyard into a personal paradise. The attention to detail, from the beautiful tiles to the state-of-the-art filtration system, is evident in every aspect of the pool. We wholeheartedly recommend Schaper Pools to anyone considering a pool project. Their expertise, dedication, and passion for creating s

Used to be my go to place for liquid chlorine for the swimming pool. They've since stopped selling liquid chlorine, so we have no reason to shop their swimming pool products any longer.

Swimming Pool Construction. The follow up service has been fantastic. Initial construction had delays due to supply chain which we understood. But the few issues we’ve had over the past 9 months have been resolved timely and professionally. Hats off to Jenn, Johanna and John who are wonderful to deal with. And a special thanks to BJ…they don’t come any better than him. Thanks Schaper Team. Love the pool and your team
