  Hi Jeremy, I am not sure where or why the communication issue described came about. However, if there is still an issue, please call the number on Google and I will address it. As far as the chimney cap goes, we replaced that as an extra free item during the roof replacement. It wasn't something we weren't contracted for and, in fact, measured and purchased a much higher quality cap than previously installed. I advised you on the concerns I had about the chimney stack being installed improperly, by the HVAC co. when built. The pipes do not overlap in the proper manner, therefore causing water to penetrate at the laps. We are not licensed nor were we contracted to repair their poor workmanship. There are no leaks in the roof and I did inspect both properties more than several times. I have time/date stamped photos and notes in our crm for proof, should we need them.   Worst roofing company ever! Stay far away! They will sell you a whole roof and not do it the correct way and use inferior quality products and when you have an issue they won’t return phone calls. So disappointing!

  Worst roofing company ever, leaked 3 months after install, never fixed right. A year later leaking again, after dozens more of calls and e-mails, finally talked to the owner. The customer service and lack of response was frustrating. I figured out the leak but took 6 months for a response and fix, so more water damage in the ceiling during the summer rains. Damage was eventually fixed, however, water stains still showing through the patch job. Just found another area leaking after the storm, water in closet ceiling and in the wall at the baseboard , reached out and no response. Was told last time he never should have did the job and I do not believe I have a warranty. Areas are letting in water that need tarred, I’m no roofer and found the leaky area again this time. We have a flat roof but leaks are from areas that were not sealed correctly. Beware when using this contractor, if you have a problem don’t expect a response unless you are persistent. I just want things fixed and water not coming in where it should not. Just my opinion from my experience, but just be aware and ask questions. Update as 01/03/24, I paid for half that Roof at closing when I bought the house John there was a leak three months after you put the roof in it took me six months to get hold of you and another three months three to fix the leak in the water damage in my kitchen ceiling, and with this new leak, check your phone messages and records. I reached out on 09/11/23 via call and text with my name information in details and you have failed to respond for the last three months, this has nothing to do with sloping and hurricanes, you were hesitant to stand by your work the first time, stating there was no warranty.

  I am sorry that this is the way you have approached the situation at hand. Typically, I would take ownership of our shortcomings, if they occurred, and rectify the issues. However, the allegations being made are far from the truth and the communication style that has been presented to us was completely irrational and does not allow for a solution to be accomplished. If we took any money that wasn't owed to us for our services, I am certain that there would be a major legal issue and repercussions to follow on our end. I would love to explain the process of an insurance claim as it progresses through litigation, but we would need a mutual respect and ability to communicate professionally to resolve anything. Please let me know when you are ready to exhibit those behaviors and we can hopefully educate you better on everything that occurred. I truly feel bad that you just don't understand the truth and went to this extent, without allowing a professional on the matter, guide you through the facts. My phone is always open.

  Work was professionally done in a timely manner. The only hiccup was a faulty vent exhaust fixture on the roof. It caused a leak in The master bath. That was a faulty product, not any workmanship issues. I would recommend this company to others
