  I want to express my annoyance with the door-to-door sellers of this company. They do not respect the signs of "Do Not Request / No Knock / No Trespassing" and knock on the door as if they were the owners of the property. Not only did they ignore the clearly visible warning, but they hit or touched in an abrupt way that scares anyone. I can't comment on the quality of the work because I wouldn't even get to hire them after seeing the way their representatives behave. A serious company must ensure that its staff respects the fact that people do not want to be disturbed in their homes, much less that the bell or door is ringed aggressively. The signs are for a reason: there may be children sleeping, people resting or simply residents who want tranquility. That behavior leaves much to be desired and does not generate confidence at all. Hopefully they take measures and educate their staff, because that way they don't attract customers, they lose them.

  I hired Chase Roofing to reframe skylights and remove the rotted wood before reinstalling. They did not do it, I had a roofer on my roof and told me there is rot all around the skylight. I refuse to pay for work that was not done. I informed them numerous times that they just put tar paper on top so inspection would only be based on that. The inspector told me he could not see under what was done or not done. The payment should have been for work that was suppose to be done. I am hiring another company to reframe skylight as well as removing rotted wood. Due to the fact that the work was not done. How many people would pay for rotted wood to be covered up

  Disappointing Experience with Chase Roofing I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Chase Roofing. The entire process was marred by poor communication, subpar workmanship, and a lack of attention to detail. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I was rarely updated on the status of my project, and when I did reach out, my calls and messages were often ignored or delayed. Furthermore, the work itself was substandard. A portion of my roof had to be redone due to errors, which was not only frustrating but also wasted valuable time. The company's attention to detail was also lacking. I noticed several oversights that could have been easily avoided with proper care. Additionally, I discovered that the work was subcontracted to another company, which explains the lack of quality control. Overall, I would not recommend Chase Roofing to anyone. Their poor communication, shoddy workmanship, and lack of attention to detail make them a company to avoid. *Rating:* 1/5 stars

  I just recommended CHASE to my neighbors. And I have to chime in here too! They were so easy to work with. The whole team made for an excellent executed but if I had to pick a VIP, Philip D. helped me every step of the way. fair price, immaculate work and done ahead of schedule. Can't recommend them enough!

  Excellent Service! Mike, Jivon, Alissa and their team did a wonderful job. They were professional, courteous and very detail oriented. The process was much easier than I thought it would be. They took care of everything. I would highly recommend Chase Roofing to anyone. I’m a customer for life.

  I couldn’t be happier and my neighbors have taken notice. They too have decided to choose Chase and told me, they didn’t need to be sold on the work; they’d seen my roof being replaced. Asked if I’d choose Chase again - ABSOLUTELY! John Guglielmi came in with the kindness you just don’t see today. The entire Chase team provided communications you just don’t see today. The quality of workmanship was something you just don’t see today. Yes, Chase is a company you just don’t see much of today and I’m thrilled to have found them. And don’t even get me started in their community involvement efforts. Kindness and quality is a thread that runs through everything they do.

  Mike and his team did an amazing job! From the moment we contacted Mike and met with him to discuss our needs, we felt they had our best interest at heart. From communication with Cindy, Alissa, Javon and work performed by the crew, they were truly professional and dedicated. Each day they worked meticulously to replace the roof in a tinely manner and to ensure there was no unnecessary debris lying around. Even after they finished, I revceived a call from Javon informing us that the team would do their last walk to ensure it was ready for the final inspection. In the end, they sent me final pictures of the roof, of which we're quite pleased. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with Mike and the Chase Roofing team, and would highly recommend them. Not only are their work ethics great, but their quote was on point.

  After a challenging time with foam shortages, Chase was able to get my new construction dried in and eventually got the new roof tile installed. Had a few cracked tile (normal for a new roof) that they came back and replaced. Overall very satisfied with the job. Drew Buniski, DCRT LLC.
