After a storm, I had a pretty gnarly repair needed on the exterior of my house ASAP. After a few companies had delayed getting back to me for a few days, or outright rejected the project, Sayagos saved the day! Pedro showed up, inspected …

Pedro did amazing work on our house. We called them to fix a corner of our house where the fascia was falling down and the wood was rotting. We had multiple contractors schedule and not show up but Pedro showed up when he said he was going to and was so kind! They scheduled a walk through and sent us an estimate the same day. While at our house, they looked at our roof and fixed a few pieces of shingles that had blown off without any extra cost. Overall they did a great job, were quick, thorough and very kind! I will recommend them to any one who’s looking for a contractor!

Our home was badly damaged in the May 15, 2025 tornado. The roof, rafters, and west walls all suffered serious structural damage, and we needed extensive interior and exterior repairs. Because we care for our elderly mother—who has dementia—it was especially important to find one company that could handle everything smoothly and with sensitivity to our unique situation. I toured five different companies through the home, but from the first moment working with Justin, I knew this was the right team. Pedro, the owner, along with his crew and Ana in the office, were outstanding. They worked with skill, professionalism, and compassion. They treated our home with care and showed patience and respect toward my mother, adjusting to her needs throughout the process. The crew was diligent, showing up early and staying late to get the job done. In less than seven days, they completed everything—painting and patching walls, restoring ceilings, replacing carpet, and more. The results are excellent. It’s rare these days to find a contracting company that is both this easy to work with and that fully delivers on its promises. I look forward to recommending them to friends and family, and I’ve already hired them for additional work at my company. If you need repairs or renovations, this is the company to trust.

My roof was finished in one day and I absolutely loved this company! We had several pre visits to determine what was the correct path for my house. The day after the roof was done the outside looked fantastic, full clean up by a meticulous crew! I give five stars from beginning to the end of the project! Thank you!
