Said he would book me in for an estimate and give me a call back. Two weeks go by, nothing. Called 5 times over the course of a week and got no answer. I can only imagine how much money this guy has missed out on by simply not responding to customers.

Never heard back from them so have someone else doing the roof right now, almost done, nice job.

No answer when I called so I left a voicemail on December 11th. Never received a call back so I have another company that is happy to help me. I understand you may be busy, but not a great way to run a business.

Set up appointment with them to give me an estimate but they never showed and did not even have the decency to call me which tells a lot about how they treat their customers. Apparently they feel that only their time is valuable.

Great roofing company. The crew works diligently and safely while the job gets done. Kevin, the owner is always communicating when needed. That is much appreciated. Would recommend.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Sarnia's Bluewater Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
