  Requested a shingle to be replaced. My roof looks worse then before now. A gentleman by the name of Myles didn't seem to have an issue with the workmanship from the pictures i sent him on my phone. He didn't bother to follow up in person to rectify the issue. They don't care about small jobs. Shop around please

  I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in our work. I spoke with Myles and reviewed the text messages and pictures you two exchanged and you were not specific in describing what is wrong with the new shingle we installed. It was explained that even though the roof appears to be only a few years old, the colour match will be a little off even though we replaced it with an identical shingle. The only small issue I can see from your photo is the shingle is not sitting as flat as the adjacent shingles. This is a common complaint because it is cold but after some warm sunny days it will settle down just as flat as the shingles around it. If it does not lay flat after some warm weather, please call and we will install another shingle.

  One of their drivers crossed the line and smoked my buddys tow mirror off, they tried to hit and run, my buddy chased him down and called the owner of the company, owner told him to kick rocks and he refuses to pay. Disgusting excuse for a company owner when there were 2 other witnesses in the vehicle. loser

  Kudos to John at imperial roofing he solved my leak problem quickly and did the repair that was needed I am thrilled to say they will get my roofing business in the future. Thankyou John!

  The workers did a good job. Only half the job was done. Was tired of waiting to get the rest done. For what they did do. Very Exspensive.

  I have had 3 experiences with Imperial Roofing and each one has been great! The first 2 were replacing blown off shingles. They came quickly, replaced the missing shingles and left no mess. This year it was the entire roof. They did exactly what I asked for, including some extra things, and cleaned up very well afterward. Thanks for another job very well done!

  I contacted Imperial for a leak on my house’s flat roof. They did a great detective job locating and fixing the leak. They were attentive and responsive. I highly recommend them

  A company you can trust . Our roof is 30 years old. We felt confident we were ready for a new roof. We were getting quotes between $22 and $34,000. Horrifying. Then Myles from Imperial showed up. The man knows roofs. He’s the only person that showed up, that went up onto the roof to check it thoroughly. When he came down, he explained our roof in detail. He assured me we do not need a new roof and should not consider replacing it for 4 to 5 years. He picked out two areas that needed repairs. Areas that I was familiar with. He explained How those flashings were missed during the building 30 years ago. The short version is his team showed up and fixed our roof within a couple of hours, and he saved us a ton of dough. I cannot thank you guys enough.

  We had Imperial Roofing come out to give us an estimate to replace our roof in the spring. They were quick to come out. Myles was very honest and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Imperial Roofing when we need to replace our roof. Trustworthy and local.

  Imperial are amazing residential roofing contractors. They’ve been my go-to for years, and I wouldn’t trust my property to anyone else. Their workmanship is top notch, site is clean and very responsive for questions. Also one of the safest roofers I’ve ever seen. Gold stars to the Imperial team!

  I contacted Imperial after noticing a roof leak, and the other company didn’t return my call. Myles responded by email within a couple hours, and drove out to check out the job the same day. By the next day we had a quote in hand, and work started the following day. I’m impressed with the quality of work, as well as the fast and efficient service delivered by Myles and his crew. Will definitely recommend Imperial in the future. Thank you!

  Imperial Roofing is amazing! I needed a new roof done because the old roof started leaking. Their customer service was incredible! We got three separate companies to provide quotes, Imperial was not only the first to provide their quote (literally the following day after I called) but they also were the best quote. The quality of work was exceptional! I left to go to work the morning they were to begin and I came home at 3:30pm to find not only had they completed the ENTIRE roof but they also had cleaned up all of the scrap and old material. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Imperial Roofing Sarnia is the best!

  Imperial Roofers were great. A shout out to Myles McShea who managed the project from start to finish. Myles made sure that I was "in the loop" regarding all elements of the project, from installing an emergency tarp to completing the job in a timely and professional manner.
