They arrived on time, worked quickly, and kept the price surprisingly fair. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the team was professional and courteous from start to finish. We own a 1.5 story 'A' frame house in Wallaceburg, ON, that we purchased in the fall of 2020. The roof shingles were in good shape being 13 years old as a replacement roof. However, the five (5) box vents of plastic polyethylene construction installed near the roof apex were in bad shape and damaged by aggressive squirrel attacks over the years trying to gain access into the attic. Also the back wall gable vent of wood louver construction was severely compromised by squirrels. As part of the repair project, all box vents were replaced with high quality metal GAF Master Flow, the back wall gable vent replaced with a new framed durable hard plastic one, and a new metal GAF Master Flow, 4" gooseneck vent installed for a future top floor bathroom installation and for the bathroom exhaust fan. A full NuRoof spray treatment was applied to rejuvenate the roof shingles. The roof surface area is approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Roof repair and NuRoof treatment was done in a very orderly and qualified manner. I highly recommend Marc Nano and his support crew for the professional services rendered for this project.

Clifton, thank you for the detailed review and recommendation. We’re glad we could replace the squirrel-damaged vents with durable GAF Master Flow metal vents, update the gable vent, add the gooseneck vent for your future bathroom, and finish everything off with the NuRoof spray treatment to rejuvenate your shingles. It means a lot to hear the work was handled in an orderly, professional way.

My husband contacted Marc and at his request came to talk to the Board of Directors of our Sawmill Condo board. Marc was very knowledgeable about his product and process! We asked him to come to an owners’ meeting which he did and explained to them about his business. Marc was always reliable……came when he said he would, did what he said he would do. In this day and age, this is remarkable. Marc is a very personable young man and bent over backwards to please all the owners! Thanks, Marc, for a job well done!
