Terrible after-sales service - install team failed to install any vents and the owner started ghosting us after promising to rectify, but then not doing it. And when he finally did the work was terrible - see pic. Never again.

Mike and his team did an incredible job on my house. They replaced roof, eavestrough, soffits, fascia then redid the siding. So well done and professional. I would recommend this company. Thanks Mike!

Mike saved us with a leaking roof and spent his Saturday working on our house when he absolutely didn't have to! He answered the phone, was at my house within an hour and started working... Very grateful he was able to fit us in, and he did …

Durston came and quoted a new roof the same day I requested one, and ended up having the new roof fully replaced, by the following week. I highly recommend Durston Custom Contracting. Very friendly and responsive to inquiries. 6stars!

It was so windy today that the siding of our roof was about to fall. I called Mike and I was in a panic, I told him I really need somebody today because the thing keeps bumping to our window, it was so loud and I was scared it would create more damage. He asked for my address and he showed up within 30 mins. He removed that siding, he said he'll be back in two weeks to install a new siding. He didn't charge me for anything that he did today. I'm so happy! I thought it would cost me a fortune. He was the third person I called today, other roofing companies said they're not available today. Thank you Mike for saving the day!!!

out of a handful of roofers that were recommended, he is the only one that came by right away. Talked me through the process and problems of my very old house/roof. Everyone else ghosted me after they saw the roof.
