  After dealing with cold air coming through our extractor fans for four years and no one else being able to figure out what was wrong, I called Sam from Sardis Roofing, and he knew the problem right away. After inspecting our attic, he found several other issues, including that our two-year-old roof was leaking. He showed us photos of everything that was going on and explained it all in detail. He gave us a very fair price, and he and his partner worked until 9 PM to get everything fixed. I’m so thankful we found him. He’s trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. He’s definitely our go-to guy now!
