Called in for pressure wash quote. He said I’m spam. He doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer

I believe you have made a mistake with this review and may have called a different company. This most definitely is not a call that I received or had with any customer. Please consider removing this review as it has nothing to do with my company please and thanks.

Tried a few months ago to book this company, took some time but managed to get a date and agree on a fee. was scheduled for today and I checked two days ago to confirm and was told yes, they will be at our home to do the job. received a text calling me Joe, and that they are unable to do the job, asked of 5 weeks from now will work for me... 5 WEEKS? come on, what about as soon as we are able to like, tomorrow or the next day? The issue was re-booking 5 weeks later, that to me was unprofessional, everyone gets sick …

It is unfortunate you felt the need to write a false review on what really happened after I declined your job. Professionally I don't feel it proper to share the real story for the public. I do believe it was in both our best interests to … More

Thanks to Ed Callaghan and assistant from Callaghan’s Softwash No more climbing ladders, we had the gutters cleaned, the moss removed, the roof sprayed with a chemical and installed after market baskets for the down spouts. good for three years before requiring a return visit. the moss was the reason for the waterfalls from the gutters we enjoyed early spring and a couple of heavy downpours earlier this year. Another thing off my list for this year Ed while you did a Great job as usual. I am looking forward to not calling you for a few years. EL Welsh Abbotsford

I had my gutters cleaned, inside and out; the house washed; and the driveway cleaned. The Callaghan's Softwash did a great job and I will definitely be relying on them for this work in the future. Great Service!

I used Callaghan's Softwash to clean our windows, gutters, concrete, roof and all of our vinyl fencing over a period of four days. Ed communicated well and did all the work as scheduled. Dalton, who did the work for us was amazing. He worked hard, was polite and it was obvious he took pride in his work. I would highly recommend Callaghan Softwash for any washing you may need. Thanks Ed and Dalton. John Janzen
