  They Installed different shingles that had a inferior warranty than was on the signed quote for the same price. They asked what color shingles and I said the same color as our last house not realizing that they were a different brand. They never informed me of the change in manufactures from the estimate. Also the brand quoted has very very similar color

In this case, you asked to match the colour of your previous home, and our team sourced that match from a different manufacturer to achieve the look you wanted. Unfortunately, we did not do our due diligence in clearly explaining that this change also meant a different brand and warranty structure. That part is on us, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. The shingles installed were a higher-cost product and were installed to the same workmanship standards as your main home. While the manufacturer warranty differs, we are fully standing behind our work by matching the same Top Notch labour warranty you received previously. We appreciate your honest feedback — it helps us improve how we communicate product and warranty details moving forward. Thank you again for the opportunity to earn your business.

  This roof is approximately 1 year old and there’s already loose shingles. Still waiting for them to come fix it; 2 weeks and counting. Now there’s snow and more to come, so a small fix might be a bigger one now.

  A very pleasant experience with professional staff at all levels. Jesse was outstanding as were Stefan and Rick. The roofing crew were fast efficient and very polite. We had to change our project and this was no problem for this company. Very accommodating. Could not recommend a better roofing company! Thanks Guys

  We had Top Notch do a complete re-hab of our metal roof, including a complete re-screw, new ridge cap, new flashings, one minor repair and new weather proof fittings for plumbing & bathroom fan venting. We had an issue with the quoted work not including everything that was discussed and expected. After some back and forth at payment time, Top Notch honored their original quote. I think it was just a matter of a few too many hands in the mix and something was lost in translation. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed and will call them again in the future.

  I’ve done plenty of roofing in my time so I have a pretty good understanding of scope of work that was performed. The guys and gals were great throughout the job. From the office personal to the guys on the roof. The job was done on schedule and they were in and out in two days. I have more roofing projects on the horizon and will definitely use their services again.

  Top Notch Roofing is hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a company! Their staff is very kind, professional and covers all the angles! They answered all my questions promptly. My new roof looks amazing and the new Ridgeline ventilation improved the cooling of my house ten fold! I highly recommend Top Notch Roofing.

  I was very impressed with Trevor from Top Notch Roofing. He came out quickly, did an incredibly thorough assessment, and caught issues with my existing roof that others failed to notice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, as opposed to 5, is because the cost of using Top Notch was prohibitive for me. However, their service (Trevor in particular) was second to none.
