  We hired Sanchez to fix a roof leak. When the crew came out the first time, they had the roof off in no time and found the original leak was caused by improper flashing by the builder. They replaced the flashing to bring it up to code and relaid the roof with ice and water shield just in case. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with their roof replacement. They were clean, picked up all the trash, nails, and we've had no real issues with the roof itself. However, while the bulk of the original leak was fixed (3 of the 4 spots along that wall), one spot still leaked where the flashing goes around a corner. Every time it rained after the repair, that corner leaked. We'd call Sanchez, they would send out a guy to caulk and patch that corner. I eventually punched a hole in the dry wall below the leak to mitigate it onto the garage floor to save the exterior wall from rotting. The root cause of leak was simple: Sanchez didn't take the flashing all the way to and round the corner. All that needed to be done was lift a few shingles, cut a bit of flashing to skirt around the corner, and it would have been fixed. Long story short, after 2 years Marcos eventually stopped replying to our calls and texts. Rather than continue to risk water damage, we hired another company to finally fix the issue. They did just as described and we're now leak free. I'm just disappointed that Sanchez couldn't get this issue over the finish line.

  This is not a roofing company, this is service direct, a marketing company, I used to subscribe to their pay per call leads platform, until I found out what they are doing

  I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. The crew was awesome—fast, detailed, and very skilled. They removed my old solar water heating panels, patched every hole, and installed Class 4 shingles with an ice shield. The shingles not only look great and lay perfectly flat, but also earned me a nice discount on my home insurance. Marcos was a huge help with the insurance paperwork, and the workmanship has been excellent. A long-time leak around my chimney that another roofer never fixed is completely gone, even after weeks of heavy rain. This company delivers quality, professionalism, and peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

  Sanchez Bros came out the day after we called them. They measured, asked a couple questions, and had an estimate for me later that day. If you want your job done quickly at a fair price, they are the ones to use.

  We were lucky enough to have Marcos check and clean our gutters, when he noticed damage on our shingles. They were 7 years old and defective. We collected the background info for him and he immediately started the process of filing a claim for replacement. It was alot of pictures, sample shingles and contact with the Owens Corning rep. Marcos was constantly in contact with us as to the status of the process. Within 5 weeks he was replacing the roof. His crew was knowledgeable, organized and professional. They removed four layers of paper that previous roofers had left on the roof. We had a windstorm during tearoff and the crew went around the neighborhood collecting debris. They cleaned the driveways, yard, sidewalks and gutters. Thanks so much for all the hard work. You and your crew take pride in the work that is done and it shows. Our roof is beautiful.

  Our developer installed defective shingles on our new home, and we discovered this during a roof inspection for a seperate issue. I contacted Sanchez Bros to come see what needed to be done, and Marcos arrived promptly. He worked with me effectively and professionally throughout the entire process, helping me negotiate with the shingle company on the warranty coverage, getting us a good deal on replacement shingles, getting us an upgrade to a Class 4 hail-resistant shingle, and even took over coordinating with our solar company to time the removal of the solar panels with his work crews, ensuring a remarkably quick turnaround once it was all underway. The whole project from panel removal to inspection completion only took 3 days! If you need roof work done, look no further!

  After some powerful hail, we needed a new roof/gutters. Marcos prioritized our job and we were impressed that the time that we were under construction was very minimal. Also, Marcos suggested a new color scheme that we would never have thought of that we truly love! We highly recommend them for your exterior work.
