Roof started leaking all of a sudden. Called Sal at 8pm. Came at 730am and stopped the leak . Then replaced broken roof tiles. 2 days later.

We had a complete re-roofing done late August for 2 pitch roofs on the home. The rainy season is now upon us with several rain events that tested the roof. Very happy to report zero issues with the new roof. The previous roofing was clearly on its way out with fiberglass threading starting to show through the worn asphalt. I collected several quotes from contractors and carefully reviewed the online feedback. Sal's quote was competitive and reasonable. The entire process from start (permitting) to finish (final inspection) was handled seamlessly, it took Sal's crew 2 intense days of working to complete the job! They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves each day, a nice plus. The new roof looks real sharp too. The extra work I had them perform was well worth it and the material costs were well within norms. When it is time to address the flat portion of the roof Sal and Daniel will be my first choice. Thank you!

I had 3 broken tiles on my roof and did not know what to expect in terms of price or timeline. I had arranged for another company to come out to do an estimate and I was quoted about $450 as initial estimate (but he thought it would be more). Seeing I had never done anything with a roof, I wasn't sure if this was a typical price, but it sure seemed high. I reached out to Sal right after they left and he was at my house with tiles replaced within 45 minutes AND was about 1/3 the cost. He was professional, helpful, and pleasant. He pointed out patched tiles that might need to be replaced (it must have been patched before I bought the house) and told me where I could get the exact tiles since they were more difficult to find. I will definitely have Sal fix the remaining tiles and not hesitate to contact him for any other services he provides. I highly recommend.

Sal was quick to come out and give us a quote and went on to do an exceptional job. He explained everything to us every step of the way and the overall experience we had was the best we could ask for. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a new roof or repair work done on their home. 10/10. A+

Start to finish, Sal and Arturo did a great job. I had extensive dry rot that he fixed, did some touch up painting that he didn't have to do. Reinstalled a outdoor antenna also. Answered all my questions, on time and completed as promised. My roof looks fantastic, very pleased and happy!
