  Never got a return call

• 2 out of 5Nathan Smith7 years ago

Salazar roofing was prompt in returning my call and the secretary was helpful in getting the visit scheduled. Their sales rep cancelled the day of the originally scheduled Friday appt due to some "truck issues" which caused me some strife considering that I left work early to meet him. When Salazar finally did come look at my issue, the rep was pleasant and walked the roof with me looking at my concerns (significant in my opinion) meanwhile pointing out a substantial amount of hail damage. The rep said he would get back to me regarding a potential total roof claim due to the existing damage. The visit was approximately 20 May 19 and I've attempted once to contact them since but have heard nothing back for over two months now. Disappointing.

Incompetent frauds. They destroyed my roof, mistaking it for another roof a block away that they were supposed to work on. Permit records clearly showed they made the mistake, but they refuse to take responsibility! Now I have to pay for a brand new roof. I will take them to court and sue them. They have NO integrity and are the most dishonest contractors you will ever find. Don't use these crooks unless you want to be taken by frauds and criminals!

We had the roof on our home and workshop replaced. Angel and his crew did a great job. The workers were friendly and very polite. They picked up the job site at the end of each day. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called them for an estimate for my roof, they appeared promptly as expected and promised, they were very polite, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I still haven't made my decision yet how I'm going to accomplish all of this but that alone made me want to choose Salazar roofing over anybody else
