  We had our gutters, soffit and fascia installed back in 2021 without issue, but just recently had a piece of the fascia just pop clean off and onto the ground. I contacted the company a month ago asking about what it would cost to simply pop that piece back up, likely a ten-minute job at most, and have been ghosted by them. After a week of contacting them several times through both their email address and contact form, our original salesman called me to state that the field guys would happily call me later that day or the next so they could come out and fix that. I have heard nothing since. I've texted and emailed to no avail. I wasn't even looking for free repair, just a reasonable estimate for two guys on two ladders to fix something that shouldn't have come off as easily as it had. I guess we should be thankful we haven't had other, more major issues with our install, since it's clear they don't stand behind it.

  They were contracted to install gutters and leaf guards. I paid them before I realized they only installed half the leaf guards. Now they won’t respond to my texts or return my calls. They also did not pitch some of the runs for proper drainage. I would have been ok if they just responded and finished the job. Do not hire these guys. There are much better options.

  Terrible buisness to deal with. be warned. Recently had them out to do a gutter replacement, ended up needing a new pool vacuum due to the amount of trash they allowed to get into the pool during their removal and install. dents and dings …

  After having my gutters installed by Paradise, I am highly disappointed. Despite their claim of a lifetime workmanship guarantee and a product warranty, they refuse to honor either. I contacted them about a leak in my gutter; after sending an email and leaving a voicemail with no response, I finally spoke to someone on the phone. He assured me a technician would inspect my property, but they never showed up. I have left multiple messages since, with no reply. Their sole interest seems to be taking your money for the initial installation, with no intention of providing the customer service and support they promised. (So, I recommend caution—hope your gutters never have issues.) If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

  They came to do my gutters in October. The gutters looked nice, then the rain came and they did not seal the new gutters to the existing gutter. I have 2 large leaks that pour water down the side of my home every time it rains. I’ve called and emailed many times and no one has responded to fix what they didn’t finish. It’s now March and still nothing. I paid for a nice gutter system and they did half a job. Fix my gutters!!!!

  Horrible responsiveness Initial work was great, called 5 times leaving messages for repairs. Never received a call back to fix. This after I referred most of my subdivision to them.

  My gutters were clogged with debris. As a result, my patio would flood just about every time it rained. I prayed for the water to not sleep into the house. Paradise Gutters cleaned the gutters and installed the Leaf Filter system. They were on time and professional. I recommend them!

  Paradise seamless gutters took over $2K for special order materials and now for over 2 months have been ignoring calls and emails. We want our money back. We had to move on to a legitimate company who responds. Beware!

  Paradise installed gutters and leaf guards at my home in May. I paid with a credit card and was double charged. The merchant acknowledged immediately and I asked for one charge to be reversed. I waited several weeks before filing a dispute with my card company. Unfortunately this isn’t considered fraud because I handed my card to the merchant and can only be handled via a billing dispute. My card company came back holding me liable as the merchant and their bank will not issue a credit. I’ve attempted to contact the merchant repeatedly (phone and through website) without response.

  Larry is a nice guy but I'm very frustrated that after installing a couple gutters for me I have called several times and left several messages but there has been no response back. The gutter always has over an inch of water in it as it needs to be pitched more towards the downspout but can't get him to fix it?
