My experience has been pretty bad. I called to fix a leak in the roof, They charged me $1,300 to patch it up. The roof still leaked so I called them back. They come in a second time to patch it up. The leak simply migrated to the bedroom next to the original leak. The entire time there was little communication. I tried calling on several occasions to find out exactly what was done to "fix" the roof and left messages for them to get back to me. Crickets... At this point Im lucky if I get a refund. I'll be using a different company from now on.

After receiving 5 quotes for roof replacement, we settled on Robert Jones. While not the cheapest, the company is well established in Titusville and has a great record for timely completions with quality work. I am thankful for the selection and have not been disappointed with the job completion. Jason Walton is the sales associate we worked with, standing among the highest in the business for timely responses to inquiries, work ethics, and overall excellent customer support. «ôô»

My experience with Robert Jones Roofing began with Jason. Jason was positively extraordinary. He was quick to answer questions and provide guidance, right down to choosing shingle color. He is a gift to the organization. As the work progressed and shingling began, I had some concerns. Robert Jones, himself, came to my house to address these concerns. That spoke volumes about the integrity of this company. My roof is lovely. If given the choice to have my roof replaced, I would choose Robert Jones Roofing again and again.

Great experience. I received a fair estimate quickly and the work was completed on time. They also showed up on time and the work site was also cleaned up — they left the property as they found it. I definitely recommend them.
