  Does not respect MULTIPLE LARGE do not disturb signs and interrupted my home birth (there was a sign). Very disrespectful company. I would not trust them as they do not follow clearly stated rules in neighborhood entrance or on private property.

  Genaro and Chris were awesome to work with. They stayed with us every step of the way with our insurance company. Their entire crew was hard working and very professional and replaced our roof in one day. They know what they are doing. Thank you for a great experience!

  These guys were quick to respond, thorough with communication, helped double the insurance payout, and super quick to get the job started and completed. I only wish I had called them before I called my insurer. They were so professional and fairly priced.

  Safeguard Roofing was amazing from start to finish! Genaro and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient.   I called Safeguard after tornadoes came through and we needed a new roof. I was very happy with the experience and Genaro V., the representative, was exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my questions. He wasn't pushy, but offered valuable advice whenever I asked for it. His crew was equally impressive.   Luke with Safeguard was so helpful in explaining the issues with my roof and why it should be covered under my insurance. He was beyond helpful in dealing with the insurance company to make it so simple and easy. I got 3 quotes and he was the only one who actually got on the roof and marked the locations of damage from storms and also identifying issues that were done incorrectly the last time it was replaced. The crew came early one morning and stayed till after dark to finish in one day. They cleaned up everything as if they had never been there. Luke sent pictures of the finished product to my insurance company and to me at the end of the day. I’m very impressed with Luke and Safeguard to say the least! They sure went the extra mile compared to others I contacted.

  I contacted Safeguard Roofing to conduct an inspection of my roof. Within the hour Genaro and Anthony arrived and they both were extremely professional and friendly!!! They were very knowledgeable about not only the issues with my roof but the materials that were used on my roof!!! I highly recommend Safeguard Roofing and thank them for having employees that so amazing!!!

  Jessie and his team at Safeguard Roofing Group installed a totally new roof at my home in 2018. Now, seven years later everything still looks great. No leaks and no problems. We recently had a single blow off in a strong wind so I called Jessie. He sent Genaro out the next day to do the minor repair. Genaro and his helper could not have been nicer. They did not charge me anything but I did give them an amount because they were so helpful. 5 stars for Safeguard Roofing in 2018 and 5 stars today, seven years later. Thanks Jessie and thanks Genaro.

  Chris Norman and Safeguard Roofing Group did an outstanding job with our new roof. Chris answered all our questions about what we should expect and the installation of our new roof was done in a day and a half because of daylight savings time and the limited hours of daylight. The installation team coordinated everything in a very timely manner and are nonstop until the job is completed. The cleanup was quickly taken care of and my wife and I highly recommend Chris and Safeguard Roofing Group if you have any roofing needs.
