  Had a tremendously bad experience with this company. If you are looking for astute salespeople that will make certain that an insurance will pay for the needs of a roof replacement, these are definitely your people. HOWEVER, If you are looking for people that are HONEST and will LIVE UP TO THEIR WORD, then they are definitely NOT your people. They sale you everything they will be able to do for you, but when it is time to actually get it done they use any excuse to not do it. They were supposed to replace my entire roof, gutters, inside roof beams damaged by rains and inside ceiling. They ended up just replacing part of the roof, re-drilling the gutters (which are already falling apart again), replacing only half of the beams, replacing half of the ceiling and paiting the rest. In other words a Half-$$$ job! YET, they actually were paid for everything except the additional room in our house, by the insurance company. When we pointed out and told them we were not giving them any additional money due to not LIVING UP TO THE WORD, They threatened with not assuring warranty to the insurance company. Before the job was done we had such a headache to get them to begin work, over a month! Once the work was done, they began asking for the insurance money without hesistation, which is understandable. However, when a job gets done correctly one feels the urge to pay what is owed, but this was not the case which made us hesitant to give them those checks. It is a stressful situation when you are dealing with insurances by itself, but having to deal with people who worry about their big fat commissions and only that and feeling being taken advantage of its another type of stress and impotence. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!!

  This was by far the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. During the estimate phase our consultant Justin was very nice and tried his best to be helpful but his inexperience drug this process out forever.We explained to him that we did'nt want to come out of pocket for any amount more than our deductible. we did not want any upgrades no extras we asked to walk through after each layer and our yard and driveway be cleaned free of nails and debris. Instead we got a project started late , a rude project manager, no signed contract , no itemized final invoice ( although requested) thousands out of pocket , tons of nails left everywhere, and a gift basket sent to the wrong address in the wrong city destroyed by the rain. will never refer this company for anything not even to my worst enemy.

  Wish there was option for no star. Worst service ever . Poor communication. Just money minded. Derek, Jacob and Matt useless people. Please don't use this company.

  I found this company unprofessional and irresponsible; as their sales rep was knocking on doors in our no-soliciting neighborhood, clearly marked at our entrance. Additionally the rep wasn’t even wearing a mask. The sales rep “diagnosed” our roof just by driving by, which is also unprofessional. I can only imagine the level of service and care of their roofing if they can’t even take basic care to wear a mask, or heed sign advisories.

  Workers do good work. Bad customer service all around frankly. If there is an issue they drag out the situation by not returning phone calls unless the call is about picking up a check. Also billed my insurance company for services not done then tried to say they took it off the bill not knowing i have seen the emails between them and my claim adjuster. Damaged bushes. Then said its not their fault and showed me pictures of the work Done and said thats proof of prior damage. Of course if there is damage during the process there will be damage after they remove tarps and have the material in the driveway. A one day job has consequently turned i to over a month of wasted time . If you have another option i would choose someone else.
