This company came out on Thursday to inspect my roof because I have a small leak (He was late). I was told that I’d have an estimate by the end of the day, but no estimate came. I texted the roofer on Saturday because I still hadn’t …

Hello, sir. I apologize that you weren’t satisfied with your experience. 1. I informed you that I was going to be late and you were totally okay with that. I was running behind due to other repairs and roof inspections from the day. The communication was always there. 2. I apologize for not being able to do the work. My roofers and I weren’t comfortable with doing the work which is why it took a bit for me to respond. I had a thorough discussion with all of my roofers. I want to reiterate for anyone else reading these reviews that the communication was ALWAYS there. I hope you have a great rest of your week, sir.

Got my roof done last December—had a quick chat with Josh and boom, a week later it was done. Fastest turnaround since my last bad haircut. They didn’t just do the roof right, they left the place cleaner than it was before. No nails, no mess, no regrets.

Joshua and his team were timely, personable, and did an excellent job on my roof. My garage roof had a cave in from a tree falling during the hurricane and they did a perfect job fixing it not to mention they went through my insurance too. Would 100% recommend.
