Orange Roof INC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Orange Roof INC.

I don't have a complaint of the work completed despite installers drinking alcohol as roof was done, but the process was a nightmare in communication. The owner wanted to negotiate cost with insurance in which I completely supported. However, this caused the payment to be prolonged. He accused me of stealing the payment as if it was coming from me vs insurance. He even went as far as telling another customer that referred me to him, I stole the insurance money. I later found out another customer of his was insulted and harassed about payment from insurance related to their roof as well. I support small business owners and don't understand the purpose of tarnishing the name of customers with lies. I would not recommend Oscar with Orange Roofing to my worse enemy.

Hello Erika, We were surprised by your review. I must clarify that none of the issues you mentioned were brought to our attention before. It wasn't until our last meeting to collect the payment that you expressed these issues. It's unfortunate that we had to involve an attorney to receive payment. Our work was completely finished by June 2nd, 2022, and we received payment on February, 2023, which was 8 months after completion. We made numerous attempts to reach you without receiving any response. We're sorry you had a bad experience, but we hope you understand that we had no other choice.

I've been working with this roofing company for years and have always had a good experience. They've done work on my home as well as the homes of my family and friends, and we've all been happy with their service and the quality of their work. They're reliable, professional, and do a good job. I definitely recommend them.

Oscar delivered what he promised to do. Roofing got replace. Price as quoted. Went the extra mile and advised additional problem areas that needed to be addressed before other major roofing issue arises. Great job! Great customer service! Great company. Job was completed in May and still follows up on condition of roof. That is awesome!

Thank you so much, Rasikha! We truly appreciate your trust in Orange Roof Inc. It was a pleasure installing your new 3,700 sq. ft. roof and custom skylights. I’m glad you’re happy with the quality, our one-day installation, and the clean job around your pool area. The GAF Timberline HDZ Shakewood shingles were a great choice and really make your home stand out. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you!

Excellent workmanship on my exterior renovations. Siding, windows and exterior paint. Used them again on my father-in-laws picket fence replace. My #1 choice for all of my remodeling projects!
