  We have lived in StCharles for over 20 years now and whenever we need any work done on our home we try to use local businesses. That being said, I emailed S. Tabor Roofing, Inc. On Sunday June 1st about possibly having someone come out and take a look at our roof. I stated I didn't know if it needed repairs or a complete replacement. I didn't receive a reply email on Monday, then on Tuesday morning June 3rd I realized I'd failed to give my phone number and address in the original contact email. So I called, got voicemail, but I did reference my Sunday email and gave my name, address and phone number. It is now 6pm on June 4th and still no return contact by email or phone. From a couple of estimates we have received from local Roofing Compamies that actually returned our call, we definitely need a full roof replacement. Apparently S.Tabor Roofing is either to busy to take on more business or simply not interested. Either way or response when attempting to use a local business is very disappointing. UPDATE June 5th. When leaving a negative comment it's also important to acknowledge when a positive has come out of it. This morning Cody the Owner Operater of S.Tabor Roofing contacted me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. It seems he had a lot going on, which I am actually happy to hear because a very busy small business is usually a successful small business. I want everyone to keep in mind after reading my review that this was only my experience, not everyone's. Cody was very pleasant and understanding when we talked. While we will not be using his business, I can certainly see why he has so many happy customers and is so busy.

  After submitting a web inquiry via their website on a Sunday night, Cody came out the next day to diagnose a sporadic roof leak. He was friendly, on time, and did a thorough job reviewing and explaining the issues he found. He was the ultimate professional.

  I highly recommend Tabor Roofing. They do excellent work; they're efficient, and stand by their work. Friends recommended them and I'm so glad they did! Cody was great to work with and is so honest. I could trust that he would do what he promised. Thank you for my new roof--I'm a happy customer!

  We had a very good experience with our roof replacement. Looks great! The quality of the job was excellent, done on time, on budget and truly complete right down to the clean up. Highly recommended

  Taber just completed a $30K roof on our home. Excellent work, fair price...not the cheapest, but a FAR better company than most. Very honest, punctual....not common these days. Cody is very easy to deal with and we had not the slightest problem or concern.

  Cody from Tabor Roofing helped us find the perfect roof for our home. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. The roof went up quickly and they cleaned up very well when they were done. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!

  They did such a good job on my office building roof that I had them replace the roof at my home too! As always, the job was done as promised, as scheduled, on budget and the results were excellent. Cody and his team are the best!!

  S. Tabor Roofing recently installed on my 1920's home and did a wonderful job. It was a nice to find a local family owned contractor that performs high quality work with top quality products at a reasonable price. You can tell they are focused on quality when the owner comes out do the finishing touches on the job before he gives it approval. I would definitely be recommending them for your next roof job.
