  good company. we had the siding and roof done at the same time which was a huge relief because we didnt want to deal with two separate projects months apart. from the beginning everything felt organized and straightforward. the crew worked hard, kept the area cleaner than i expected, and were always willing to answer questions when i had them. i was honestly worried about finding nails and debris around the yard afterward but cleanup was thorough. once everything was finished the difference was easy to see. the new roof and siding complement each other really well and gave the house a much more updated appearance. we're happy with how it all turned out and glad we decided to move forward with the project.

  John Siding Contractors did a full siding replacement on our house with James Hardie fiber cement. We picked a gray lap panel and I've been pretty fixated on the result since they finished. The panels lay flat and even everywhere, but the spots I keep looking at are the weird angles - where the front porch connects to the main wall, where the garage juts out, around our bay window. Those are the places where I figured you'd see shortcuts or things not quite lining up, but everything looks clean. The window trim came out sharp too. They replaced our soffits with vented panels and new fascia as well, and the colors all match which sounds basic but our old setup had like three slightly different shades of white going on and it always bugged me. The thing I notice most walking up to the house now is the corners. Our old siding had these little gaps at every corner that would fill up with dirt and cobwebs no matter how often I cleaned them. Now it's all tight, no gaps anywhere.

  The old vinyl siding was buckling badly on the southside of the house, pulling away from the wall in spots. I had the whole house replaced with Hardie board and the difference is huge. The siding fits flush now, no gaps and everything looks solid and clean after a full summer of sun.

  john siding did a full james hardie install on our house and the crew was professional from start to finish. they took the time to prep everything carefully, handled tricky cuts around the garage and foundation without issues, and kept the work area clean. they also replaced all the fascia, which ties the look together. communication was clear the whole way and the team made sure everything was done right. even after the job was finished they checked back to confirm we were happy and answered a few follow-up questions promptly.
