  Clearly told the place I wasn't interested in a sales pitch obviously they didn't listen so they won't be getting my business.

  A nice young man come over to give us an estimate for siding. He was so high pressure that I would never consider hiring this company. I'm sure these predatory tactics work on widows and old people. He wanted a check for $1,000 to get the process started. When I told him he was the first person to give us an estimate and that I would never hire the first company to give me an estimate, he said he would take a $500 check. The other companies that gave us estimates matched his price and they emailed me their estimates and said if we wanted to hire them we could just sign an agreement to the terms and email it back to them. No money until we were satisfied with their job. If you like high pressure salesmen call this company.

  CHIEXT were phenomenal to work with every step of the way. Jake was amazing to work with - they ended up being my public adjuster and represented me when working with the insurance company on my claim after high winds destroyed my roof earlier this year. Not only did they end up getting WAY more money from the insurance company to cover the work than I could've on my own, but they also did some extra work I figured I'd get done at the same time and were flawless on all of that as well. I can't recommend them enough - these guys obviously know EXACTLY what they're doing, every team of workers that came to my house to work on the different jobs I was having done were consummate professionals - conscientious and hard working, obviously extremely skilled in their craft. I would highly recommend Chicagoland Exteriors to anyone needing work done with any of the myriad of services they provide!

  We had a great experience with Chicagoland Exteriors! After hail damage last May 15, we had need for repair of our roof, gutters, and window trill. Even the roof decking needed to be replaced. Jake was a great advocate between us and Allstate, which was invaluable. He was attentive and quick to respond to every request. Our solar panels needed to be removed and reinstalled, so Chicagoland Exteriors coordinated that aspect also. Scheduling was convenient and easy. They gave wise advice for upgraded venting of our attic; the outcome is excellent. There was a comprehensive plan from the start, and absolutely no scope creep. A company you can TRUST! Never pushy, Chicagoland Exteriors installs a quality product, with expert workmanship. Their complete cleanup at the end of the long working day was a delight. Thank you to Jake, Jon, and everyone!

  Chicagoland Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters recently and it looks great. More importantly, they addressed some leaking issues I was having and ensured that everything was done well. The team was responsive and communicative every step of the way. They take pride in their work and quickly addressed an issue that I had post-install.
