  We’re disappointed to see this review, as it does not provide an accurate or complete representation of the circumstances. The engineer was not brought in because of a leak or workmanship issue. The independent engineer was initially involved to assist with the insurance claim after the carrier had denied full approval for the roof replacement. We agreed to split that engineering expense with the homeowner in an effort to help obtain the proper insurance approval. Once the roof replacement was approved and work began, deteriorated roof decking was discovered. This was brought to the homeowner’s attention at the time, and the homeowner approved the necessary decking replacement with the understanding that it was an additional cost outside of the original insurance scope. After the roof was completed, the homeowner reported a leak. Our production management team water-tested the roof, and the testing confirmed that the roof itself was not leaking. The condition identified was deterioration and rot in the existing siding, which is a separate issue from the roof and was not caused by our roofing work. We explained this to the homeowner at the time. Despite this, we continued to work with the homeowner in an effort to help resolve the situation. We even offered to split the actual cost of additional repairs with the homeowner, despite those repairs not being related to our workmanship or responsibility. Unfortunately, the homeowner’s portion of the engineering expense and the approved additional decking work remain unpaid, and the account is now past due. We have made repeated efforts to address the homeowner’s concerns, including assisting with issues outside the scope of our work. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the findings of the independent testing performed on the roof.   Something is off that this company only has 5-star reviews. Everyone I’ve spoken with who has used them (including us) had awful experiences. Just about everything that could go wrong did, including a leak that was discovered 18 months later and filled our entire ceiling with mold. Even the repair guys said they do multiple fixes for this company every week and they would never use them. Avoid yourself years worth of trouble and look elsewhere.

  From start to finish expert roofing was by our side. We worked with Priscilla and we couldn’t have asked for a better contact. She kept us up-to-date, walked us through our options and even when we made a quick change at the end, she was able to accommodate it and still meet the deadline. We would recommend expert roofing to anyone. The team that installed, our roof were wonderful. They came so early in the morning and worked until late at night. All old roofing materials and nails were cleaned up very well.
