  Not happy with the drip. Did not want to add a negative review, but I should not have to fix there mess up. Very unfortunate. Because the roof itself looks good. But I should not be left to fix anything related to the roof they did.

  As I stated on the phone we could come out and fix the issue. We reached out numerous times with no response. We take any issue serious and would be happy to fix. However we cannot step on private property without permission. Feel free to call us. Also this has an overlay of osb on only 1 side of the roof so at the peak there will be a variance.

  Had Seth come and look at a chimney leak. He said he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak without replacing the entire roof. We spent 17k on a new roof and the chimney still leaks. We had to call someone else to explain to him how to install flashing and he didn't listen 6x he came out and each time it changed the leaked and slowed it but never stopped it. He got angry and yelled at my wife in front of his crew. We still have a leak he can't fix because he has no clue. He wouldn't even go up on the roof and look he had his people go so he doesn't even know what they did just took our money and guaranteed it wouldn't leak. He get business by doing work for less the deductible but his work is not professional. We have seemed counsel and will move forward on this company.

  Clay Farley, I do apologize that we were not able to help you with the leak you state you have. Prior to me doing any work or seeing any part of your roof, you stated you had a chimney issue, had trouble with other roofers coming out to the property and had already filed a claim. After I came to your property and inspected the roof and chimney, I advised you that your chimney was in disrepair. At this time, I also told you it needed retuck point and sealed. These are not services I provide and I told you this prior to any work being done. Insurance approved the claim and per your request we moved forward. I completed the re-roof on February 2nd 2024. On February 3rd you sent me a picture of what you suspected was a leak. I went back to the property and inspected the area. No leak was found after running water over the area simulating heavy rain fall. I take pride in my business and never want a customer left unhappy when I complete a job. With this being said I was determined to help you. You stated there was a leak and with not seeing a leak I did what I could to help remedy the situation. I myself and my crew went back to your property and at no cost to you built a cricket. While building the cricket per your repeated request you had us apply a white mortar caulking all over the cracks of your chimney. I let you know this is not something I normally do and could not warranty this work. Multiple times you called over a time frame of roughly 30 days stating you had a leak. Each time I came out and inspected where you stated you suspected a leak. Each time there was never any evidence of a leak. There has never been any physical damage or remnants of a leak. There has been no pictures or videos sent by you to show a leak. After taking your repeated calls for several weeks on April 4th, 2024 I came out to inspect the last suspected leak. I advised you to contact a CSIA masonry to repair your chimney. On February 5th, 2024 you requested for me to refund

  Started off great ended up sour. Trash not cleaned up soda cans left behind. Damage to some of our siding and deck from removal of old shingles. Wouldn't recommend.

  So I just hired Seth and S&S to complete my roof. So its 5 stars. Seth is a great guy can't wait to see what him and crew can do with my roof! 5 stars right now I'll update when job is done! They just got done and all can say is wow! This company was fast professional and extremely clean! I would recommend hiring these guys! I attached picss! Thanks guys for a job well done!!

  Seth put a new roof on our home in 2023 and did a fantastic job! We were on vacation when a storm went through our town here recently. We contacted him to see if he could go by and check our roof for damage as well as our daughter’s. Seth got right out there and inspected both homes. He eased our minds while we were not at home to check ourselves. We would highly recommend S & S Roofing!

  Called to have him look at a repair. He was out the same day and sent very detailed text explaining what was needed. To get us by, he tarped the spot that was leaking. Seth and crew are fantastic.

  Contacted Seth about an issue I was having with my room. He came within 24 hours to evaluate and had the whole project done within 48 hours. Their team is the definition of l timely!
