  I left a message on June 22 to have some guttering put up. They apparently showed up to my house unannounced when I was not home, then returned my call. That was on July 23. He said he wasn’t sure what I needed done because everything looked really good and new. The guy seemed irritated that I had already had the job complete.

We recently implemented a new system, and unfortunately, your request was accidentally placed in the wrong category, which caused the delay and confusion.   where do I start. First, when I called to get someone to come look at the roof I was told Monday. That was a lie, I called Monday and told Tuesday hopefully and that I was just one of many people who called from the wind storm. Rude, but okay, I'm actually a really easy person to deal with jus call and keep me in the loop, the woman you have taking calls really shouldn't. Second I was told the guy would be here earlier in the day and I would have to be home to speak w him. Okay so noon rolls around I have to go to pick up my child from school so I call and I'm told but the same rude woman that he will get there when he gets there I am one of the many people your company has to get to, she said 150 houses. So I go get my kid come home and wait. 2 pm rolls around a guy calls says he will be here in 15 minutes. He rolls up, gets his ladder out gets on the roof, spends maybe 5 minutes up there gets off the roof takes his ladder back to his van and leaves. So tell me why I had to be here when his customer service was severely lacking he couldn't even knock on my door and say who he was and what he was doing. So here we are to this joke of a quote. Do u really think after the piss poor customer service, the rude woman on the phone, your rude estimator that said I had to be here but didn't even talk to me in person, that $2500 was competitive and worthy of your companies service? You see after you left my husband spent 100 on a ladder, collected the soffet and fascia and installed all 30 feet in 40 minutes. Why? We had no idea when or if we were ever gonna get a quote from you.

  Get another estimate before signing any contract. They are very nice and make you feel comfortable and trusting!

  Dealing with roof and gutter damage after a hailstorm is incredibly stressful, but the team at John Cotton Roofing made the entire process so much easier. A special shoutout to Quentin, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional while we navigated the situation. ​We originally chose them because of their fantastic online reviews, and it was wonderful to experience that top-tier service firsthand. While we certainly hope we won't need a new roof for a very long time, we would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

  John Cotten Roofing was able to get to me very quickly, the quality of work was great, and the price was unbeatable. They also have excellent communication, I never once had a message or call unanswered which is hard to find in contractors. Highly recommend.

  This message is from the Collier‘s from Anderson Missouri. While living in Joplin, we had John Cotton roofing do several jobs for us roofing guttering and soffit work as well as foundation work. While doing each of these jobs, his crew as well as himself did a wonderful job. They were precise, neat, and always professional. The pictures attached to this message are of a new roof that we had to have on the home that we’ve just purchased. They did a wonderful job on the roofing it was very well done, completed very quickly and neatly, as well as putting on new guards over the guttering to protect from objects, and as always very nice and professional, we would recommend them for any of the needs that you have on your home that their company provides. Thank you again, John Cotton roofing for the wonderful job that you did.

  I was in a bad situation. In a wheel chair my roof coming down in the bedroom. If it was not for their wonderful excellence at short period of time I would have been completely messed. They saved me and my roof. First call should be to John Cotten. Do not waste your time like I did.

  Had a complete roof replacement the company was great to work with and was completed in a very timely manner. Had a few concerns at first but Kenny was so helpful and came out once I called and was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this Company.
