  I started to use this company Andrew Anthony project manger well he would never answer ur questions boutique how much is replacing the roof going to cost kept trying to upsell me to solar panels I was also trying to get out of him wat I was looking at out of pocket minus the insurance well then he said to not do my carport and put that money towards my house well then my carport wouldn't be covered and wouldn't be fixed so I called Superior Roofing they came out told me wat it would cost and how much after my deductible I'd b looking at great guy after that Andrew Anthony saw I took his sign out of my yard and superior had there sign here he called I was sleeping he came to my house 5pm roughly on the 4-27-23 banged on my door demaning answer's that the insurance check and the job was his mind u no contract was ever signed with refused to leave my front property doing all thus towards my wife will I slept she had to call the baxter pd and fill a report b4 he left and the caused the pd to Cruz my area mire cut I was leaving for work as I work over nite I wouldn't hire thus company too roof my dogs house let alone my home and carport I call the owner think his name was Tom but he gave his project manger excuses but he would talk to him given all this Andrew Anthony is lucky my wife didn't wake my with the way he talked to her and refused to leave my property that will b the inky time Ridgeline Roofing will ever disrespect my wife ob my property when Andrew Anthony was unprofessional and wouldn't answer questions tried to do different from wat I needed

  I've had nothing but problems from this company. Broke my furnace with shingle dust into vent system somehow. I had 2 other issues with finishing touches. Edit: A year and a half later, after posting this review, they did fix my roof.

  Even though I didn’t end up using Ridgeline’s services, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. Gage was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer questions, explain insurance claim information, and provide honest advice without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help, even when there’s nothing to gain. Thank you, Gage, and thank you to the Ridgeline team for your professionalism, expertise, and kindness.   Our roof was replaced in record time as we had pending issues already in place. Ridgeline/Matt Grooms kept us updated on any roofing issues as the crew worked. Their clean up was excellent also.

  I have a leak from when my solar panels were installed, the company I used was out of state unfortunately, and have since closed their doors. However, Tony Bryant from Ridgeline referred me to his solar guy who was an expert. The gentleman that assisted me noticed the footers were not sealed with caulking and recommended a better product, and is going to fix the leak. I recommend having them out to see their all-in-one solutions for any roofing or solar concerns. Wish I would have known about them sooner.

  Great customer service!!!! Called at 3pm and Tony was on-site at 9am the next day. Had called another company 3 weeks earlier and they still have not been on-site. Highly recommend using Ridgeline!

  I want to give a shout out to the folks at Ridgeline Roofing for a nice job. They came on time from the estimate to the completion of my new roof. I had a complete tear off and decking replaced. Their crew were out just as soon as the sun was rising, preparing the yard to prevent debris from getting all over the yard, and cleaned up completely when job was complete. I am so grateful for my new roof and the experience I had with this company making the process so easy, thank you. I highly recommend Ridgeline.

  Would definitely recommend! We had Tony and his team and the whole team was wonderful! They arrived early like they said they would and stayed all day until the project was completed! They were all very kind and hard working all day! Clean up was perfect!! No complaints! Roof looks amazing!!

  I called to get my house checked for hail damage and Tony showed up within an hour. Checked the roof and for gutter damage and window damage. Super nice guy seems really reliable and honest. we will definitely use them if we ever need a roof work.
